I have bought two swimsuits and two bikinis from Salty Bottom and I have to say, they are the most flattering I’ve ever tried! Really good quality material and absolutely stunning designs too. The customer service is equally as incredible as the swimwear, and I was contacted personally by the founder of the company when I had an enquiry. They really value their customers and take time to make sure everyone is happy with what they’ve ordered. Superb UK-based company who deserve every success!

RETURNS POLICY NOT MADE CLEAR.
Decided to treat myself to a nice swimming costume and decided in ordering a few items from here. I didn't know how they'd fit so purchased a large order to try on. There was no flag at the time of the strict 14 day return policy or being charged a 6% fee for returning orders over a certain amount. I've never heard such a thing. Only now have they added a tick box to their shopping basket. I am no stuck with a £150 gift card and unsure whether I can even pay my bills this month. Customer service has been disgraceful and has caused me mental health issues. They also posted an instagram story regarding their returns policy which makes me think I'm not the only one disparing with this company.

The quality of the swimwear is really fantastic. Super buttery soft and very flattering on my curves! My only issue with one bikini was the fabric kept popping off the metal ring which I’m sure is a faulty product and this shouldn’t happen. However, would certainly shop here again as never found a bikini quite like these!

Please before ordering you make sure you read the returns policy!!!!
You cannot return sale items that are marked as final sale and can only return some items from sale if under a certain percentage so make sure you know everything and read it all first too! I’m now left with a bikini and a costume costing over £60 that I cannot return….
On the positive side they were beautiful colours and well made but I won’t ever be ordering from here again…..

Beautiful feel to the material, seem really well made. The returns process isn’t that smooth/it’s costly to the returner, but that’s understandable for a small company

Really nice quality bikini for a good price. Personally for me though the proportions were a bit off - not necessarily the sizing, as the items fit - maybe just a bit skimpy for me?! Not very much coverage where you'd want it! Love the designs though, hope to try something else as this seems like a nice small business.

I bought a bikini and a one piece from Salty bottom and they are lovely! The order came super quickly so I was able to get my hands on them within a few days. The quality feels amazing and both pieces look stunning. I couldn’t be happier with the products - highly recommend!

Bikini top fits great and love the design! Just wish there was a lower rise bikini bottom to choose from!
