Perfect firing and on time delivery

The team was very responsive. They provided details of the order, asked about measurements and responded to my queries promptly. Great service! It would help if they had mor description of the fabric so you have a better idea of what it is.

Hello to the Salwari team !

As a matter of fact, I received my order ( # 11754 ) with great excitement...

The delivery man informed me I had 75$ CAN to pay for custom extra fees... A lot of money for me... But I have waited so long for my order and was so happy to get it, that I did against this bad news with good heart.

I opened the package...

My 3 kurtis were there... Well almost ! The 3 pieces maroon one , the 3 pieces yellow one, but the 2 pieces blue one came without the pants !!!! A one piece blue kurti instead of of 2 !

Well... Through their bags, all folded, the kurtis looked so great that I was ready to remain enthusiastic even if the blue pant was missing. I could manage with that oversight, I figured.

But, unfortunately, that was not the end of the «unpleasant surprise story»...

When I unfolded the kurtis, I was astonished...

I ordered my 3 kurtis in size 38, which, according to your size chart ( in inches )... correspond the following measurements :
Bust : 38 - Waist 36 - Hip 44. ( I attached a picture of your size chart )

My body measurements are :
Bust 35 - Waist 32 - Hip 42....

Size 38 should have given me an extra 2 to 4 inches to be confortable.

But, here what I've got :

The blue kurti with a S ( small size !!! ) label :
Measurements : Bust 35 - Waist 33 - Hip 38 !!!!

The maroon and the yellow kurtis, both with a M ( medium size) label :
Measurements : Bust 36 - Waist 34 - Hip 40 !!!!!

So, useless to say, my 3 kurtis are to small for me because they do not correspond to your SIZE 38 - as indicated in your chart.

I feel very, very sad... I love the fabrics. The clothes are very well made. The fabric designs are well matched. The details, like the elephant buttons on the blue kurti and the tiny lace on the yellow one, are just beautiful... It shows that these pieces of clothing were made with great care. May be even love...

But the size of the 3 kurtis, defenitely, do not correspond to your size chart.

It is for me, a lot of money... Spent for nothing. I feel very very sad...

These kurtis were really excpected, and they mean a lot to me.

If you have any suggestion to releive my great disappointement, I will be glad to hear it.

Do not recommend them to any one

Bought the standard size as provided. The item did not fit at all. When I contacted them they said it is custom size. Guess they have no idea how to cut material. My shoulder size is correct however, I can't get into the clothes. I bought 4 sets.

They do not hold up to their replacement warranty.

It is sad doing business with them and money wasted.

If i could them would give them zero rating.

It was my first shopping with salwari.com. It was a great experience as it was difficult to choose from a vast collection. The suit came out really good.... it was worth the wait. Very reasonable price too.

The purchasing experience and adding the blouse measurements on Salwari was easy.
The material of the Sari I ordered differed slightly form the pictures and the blouse wasn’t the correct style and size as I ordered. But overall it was a beautiful sari and enjoyed wearing it.

The order was quickly delivered and the product is of good quality :)

I am very satisfied with my experience with the Salwari customer service prior to ordering, and with the lehengas that are beautifully crafted. The order was delivered to me quickly and without any issues.

We spent nearly £200 on clothes for a Hindu ceremony. The clothes we received were of such cheap quality. We gave sizings for them but they are certainly not tailor made as they are not close to the measurements we provided. The quality of the material is cheap and tacky. The clothes smelt of fish. The sewing is terrible and the finish of the clothes were cheap plastic buttons made to look like metal in the photographs. When we tried to ask for help, we got the same standard reply insisting there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible customer service and did not care about us, just happy they got their money. An absolute rip off! We’ve had to go elsewhere to buy replacement clothes for the ceremony. Money wasted!

Wrong sizing.
Although I had enquired and obtained guidance, size was still smaller than my size.

Fast delivery and the suit looks good. The size was too big, but if I was to reorder I would choose custom stitching or size down.

Garment ordered reached in time, in good condition and looks exactly like the picture shown.

So far I am satisfied. The items are around 45-59 that I order and the quality matches with the prize. Unlike Utssav where $50-$70 dollar item has the most cheap fabric.
As long as they continue to provide good quality fabric and good stitching, I will shop here and keep my rating high.

I did order Anarkali where the stitching came off /bad stitching but that only happened with one item. After that I ordered another and that was fine.

I didn't bother to ask for replacement. But so far their customer service seems good, I think if I had reached out, they would have been helpful.

As of now my high rating is mostly for their kameez and custom stitching for kameez. As that is what I ordered the most.

The help and service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our experience easier.

All 5 items received, all exactly as described, all cut and sewn to my measurements. Excellent customer service, great clothes.

The size is small compare with western size.. take your mesurement and at least one size bigger
