Fantastic service! I had an issue with a product the first time I used it, sent an email gone 5pm and got an out of office reply as they were closed, later that night I got an email saying a replacement was being sent, it arrived the next morning. Thanks for sorting it out so fast I was amazed, I’ve enjoyed using all the products I bought from you and will be ongoing customer for sure. Thanks again for such a speedy solution.
Everyone makes claims about how great their product is. It's a simply drying cloth but it really does do a far better job than anything else I have tried....and I have been a sucker for every drying cloth out there. (just bought another 2, they are that good)
Product never arrived, no refund, poor communication. Doesn't matter how good your product is if you can't offer decent customer service.

Having been brand loyal to Autoglym for over 30 years, I tried a couple of Sams products out of curiosity after seeing them on Instagram, firstly the drying towels which are amazing then as a result of them being so good I went on to try more, now I'm totally converted and a repeat customer and well stocked. Further more there customer service, communication and deliveries are fantastic. I would strongly recommend Sams and there products 👌
