Posts about non-existent commissions but in fact you are made to pay a guarantee! After you have to pay this guarantee for at least 2 months + 1 months in advance you are charged a monthly commission "because the company guarantees for you" but the company does not guarantee anything! Nonsense!

I personally think Samtrygg is safe, easy to use and the consultants are there to support you throughout the process. I specially acknowledge Mari who was our assigned consultant and really helped us through with the process. Struggling to find a home everywhere specially a secure and trusted source was very difficult to find. Samtrygg made it very easy for us. Hope our stay and further help is as good as it can be.

How they started and finished the process, it went very smooth

I strongly do not recommend Sumtrugg as a service. Their business practices are deeply disappointing and do not reflect any genuine care for their customers. Despite charging an excessively high monthly fee, they fail to provide the level of service expected, and customer support is unhelpful and even rude when approached for assistance.

One of the biggest issues is their deposit policy. They require a double deposit upfront, and while taking the payment happens instantly, getting your money back is a frustrating and drawn-out process. My contract ended two weeks ago, and despite multiple requests, I am still waiting for my refund. Instead of helpful support, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses when I simply asked how to retrieve my deposit.

Overall, Sumtrugg is not a service I would trust or recommend. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—there are far better alternatives out there that actually prioritize their customers.

The website is bad, it is slow, has bugs and does not provide a 100% English translation. They also intend to charge 2 months of warranty, without validating the id, they do not know that the landlord has already had positive experiences with qasa or other contracts. They ask for co-debtor and the id validator if it is not bank id it is very bad and slow, they could use FrejaID that the government uses. No facility for those who rent in short. The commission is high vs the market.
