Excellent quality studio, installed by a fantastic and helpful crew.

At an early stage we were told when every stage of the work was being done and the dates were strictly adhered which was much appreciated by ourselves. The build team were extremely prompt in attending and were very polite, nice guys and any questions that we had regarding the work were clearly and consisely answered.
We could not fault Sanctum in any way, and are extremely pleased with our studio. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a garden room/home office etc.

I recently had a Contemporary Overhang garden office (4.2m x 3m) installed by Sanctum Garden Studios and I was really impressed with the entire experience.
After extensive research comparing multiple garden office companies, I chose Sanctum based on their impeccable reviews, seeing an existing installation first hand, proximity to my location in Lancashire, and competitive pricing.
The installation team were outstanding, true craftsmen who took genuine pride in their work. They were friendly, professional, and completed the entire installation in under 2 days, which was remarkable given the quality of the finish. The Western Red Cedar cladding looks absolutely fantastic, and the internal fit and finish is exemplary throughout.
As a Chartered Engineer in the Construction Industry, I have high standards for construction quality and attention to detail. Sanctum exceeded my expectations. The building is really well constructed and built to last.
From initial consultation through to completion, their communication and customer service was first-class.
The positive reviews I read about Sanctum before ordering were definitely not wrong. I would recommend Sanctum Garden Studios without hesitation and if I moved house would purchase another myself.

From start to finish the service has been excellent! Answering any questions I had on the way and keeping in contact with me through out. We had our contemporary cubed studio delivered and installed by Sanctum on September 9th & 10th this year and couldn't be happier with it. Every member of the team we interacted with was incredibly helpful, from the start of the process with our many questions via email, to the installation and talking things through. We would definitely recommend Sanctum to anyone looking at getting an outhouse installed.

After researching Garden Room companies I came across Sanctum Garden Studies. Excellent reviews and the opportunity to view a Studio built locally, I chose this company.

Sanctum's service was excellent. Great communication lines when ordering, sensible advice and easy to do. Once ordered the fitting team did a great job and were a great representation of Sanctum.

The Garden Studio is high quality at a reasonable price. I'm using as an additional sitting room, with a small workstation (for office work). It's perfect work what we need.

Our studio was installed last year and has been such a useful space. Everything was super easy. The friendly team came and installed it within a couple of hours. All we needed to do was clear a flat area at the bottom of the garden. Communication was very good from the start and continued after installation.

We've had our Sactum garden room for over a year and absolutely love it.
The Sanctum team are amazing...so friendly and helpful, and their workmanship, care and attention to detail is exceptional.
They are local to us, but I know they're in demand all over the country and we would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a "room" in their garden.

Sanctum Garden Studios were professional from start to finish. They delivered a stunning space with top-quality craftsmanship and excellent service throughout. I couldn’t be happier – highly recommended!

From start to finish, we were kept informed and the studio was up and usable within half a day. The professional, friendly, and knowledgeable team worked efficiently, even in the challenging conditions of January when the ground was boggy. They automatically laid out tarpaulin with boards on top to minimise the churning of the ground, which was greatly appreciated.

We love our garden room, which has been multifunctional over the years and still looks brand new! We highly recommend Sanctum Garden Studios – their professionalism and quality are truly rare.
