We couldn’t be happier with our garden room from Tranquil Garden Rooms. From start to finish, Mark was professional, reliable and genuinely cared about getting every detail just right.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the finish is beautiful. It’s clear that Mark takes real pride in his work. He kept everything tidy, communicated clearly throughout the whole process and delivered exactly when he said he would.

I’ll be using the space as an office for the two businesses I run, so it was really important that it felt high quality, practical and built to last, and it absolutely is. It’s completely transformed our garden and given me a dedicated space to work from.

I can’t wait to get it decorated next week and move in all my new office furniture. More pictures to follow!

Absolutely the best. We got a TRG3 room installed in our garden and all I can say is WOW. Mark showed up and put it all together in a week! The quality, finish and soundproofing are fantastic, not to mention the insulation as well. All clean and tidy. Communition was outstanding as well. We are super happy and would 100% recommend to anyone.

From the moment we first made contact with Tranquil Garden Rooms there was always a quick response to all our queries. There was a clear breakdown provided of all the costs and the build options available. Once we had made a decision to go ahead with the garden room, we were provided with the start date. We were given progress reports at each stage of the build. which lasted just 4 days, making everything a very smooth process. Mark and Emma (and Sam the dog) were fantastic to work with and we can highly recommend them. We are delighted with our Garden room. Thank you both

Emma and Mark were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The initial quote was clear, options were straightforward, and questions were answered promptly and honestly. We had to wait quite a while for installation, but for me, that was reassuring and I was much more confident than other companies I'd contacted.

The build itself was straightforward, Mark pretty much single-handedly built the whole thing himself over the course of 7 days. He was pleasant to chat with, always promptly turned up and worked incredibly hard throughout in all weathers. Proactively communicated what he was doing and where he hoped he'd be by the end of the day which was really reassuring.

Both Mark and Emma are clearly passionate about their business, the product and service they offer. We're really happy with the quality of the build 5 months in and have had many compliments from other experienced tradesmen who have worked with us since.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my garden room. The whole process was painless; from the initial quote through to completion.
Great communication from Emma from the start keeping me updated at every step of the way and she also helped me source a plumber.

Honestly I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everything about the experience was so easy from the initial contact and deciding what to have to the final completed room. Everyone involved was delightful and helpful and the actual build was completed in less than 4 days! Care was taken with my garden and the completed room is fantastic.
We are absolutely delighted in every way. It has exceeded our expectations and was also a very reasonable price.All the work is done to a very high standard. We had considered doing it ourselves and priced it up and this build was only fractionally more and obviously took a fraction of the time. Thank you so much Emma, Mark and the lovely team.

Emma was so very helpful with providing a quote and working with the amendments we made.

Emma kept us informed at every step from the site visit to the start of the build.

Mark, Andy and Kieran were all amazing, they are very hard workers, polite and friendly and I was impressed with the speed of their progress.

Mark was first on site every morning before 8am and updated me on their progress each day.

The build took a little over 4 days and the site left clean and tidy.

The whole process of contacting Emma for a quote, meeting Mark for the site visit and the build process was professional and stress free.

I would highly recommend Tranquil Garden Rooms - they have just finished installing our new garden room and we are delighted with it. From the first engagement, service and responsiveness has been excellent. Emma patiently put up with our many design revisions, working with us to nail down a design and quote that worked for us. Mark and the installation team were brilliant and very professional. I couldn't believe how quickly the room went in, and how easy they made it look (I'm sure it wasn't!). They worked very quietly and efficiently, and were very sensitive to issues around accessing the rear of our property across neighbouring land. Above all the room looks fantastic, has been finished to a high standard and will make a real difference to our home.

Right from the initial contact, Mark and Emma were brilliant to deal with. Drawing on their years of experience in designing and building garden rooms was extremely helpful in the decision-making for our own room - which turned out to be stunning. We're delighted we chose to go with Tranquil and can wholeheartedly recommend their service.

We’d previously arranged for another company to complete our garden room but thank goodness they let us down as we are delighted with the room created by Tranquil Garden Rooms. Emma was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept in the loop at all times and appointments were arranged around our work commitments. Mark and the team were prompt, hard-working and professional at all times and they were always willing to answer any queries. The weather was shocking; low temperatures and snow, but still the team ploughed on. I cannot fault this company and have no hesitation in recommending them.

What an amazing team. All the lads work incredibly hard and are very professional. We can't thank them enough for building our garden room...let the parties begin!

We wanted a 6x4m cabin with two rooms at the bottom of our garden and did loads of research first. The prices some companies wanted were astronomical and Tranquil seemed good value compared to them. Plus all the five star reviews convinced us to give them a go. And we are so glad we did! At the site visit, Mark was so accommodating, listening to all our ideas and telling us what was possible. My husband fancies himself as a bit of a project manager and can be quite exacting but even he was impressed! Tranquil’s quotes are completely transparent - it is obvious exactly what you are paying for and you can decide whether the extras are worth the cost. That made the initial process very stress free. The team arrived on a very hot Monday evening and were absolutely unbelievable in how they worked. The whole thing ran like clockwork even in 30 degree heat. Materials arrived on time, Mark briefed us at every step and our new garden room sprang up in four days! We opted for the red cedar on the front, two rooms, underfloor heating and some extra bespoke decking. The result is so, so beautiful. I really can’t fault tranquil and still think it is the best value for money around. All we have to do now is paint it. Thanks Mark and the team, you have made us very happy and I am now showing off my garden room to everyone!

We recieved a 5 star service from start to finish. We really could not be happier with the service an quality provided by Tranquil Garden Rooms.

Initial contact was brilliant. Emma was really fast getting back to me and we worked together to get the quote and spec I was happy with. I asked for 4 adjustments in total and Emma did them quickly and efficiently. Once agreed, a date was booked and I was given all the info I needed to get the site ready. Mark came out to do a site visit and answered all my questions, he was very patient. They checked in with me a few times before work commenced and were very helpful with questions I had about the electrics.

Once work started we just could not believe how efficient they were. Military precision springs to mind! I took the first day off work so I could be at home but the rest of the week I had to go out. I left them with a key and they treated the house respectfully and were very tidy workers. 4 lads attended in total including Mark who overseen the project. This meant the work progressed quickly and was completed in 4 days. They were so well organised and all 4 were real craftsmen. During the process I asked for a few minor changes and they were done with out complaint or fuss.

On completion they talked me through everything and left the site clean and tidy. I really can't fault the workmanship on the build, it is of very high quality and we are extremely pleased with it.

There was one very minor snag, as soon as I informed them they wanted to come back immediately to fix it and were there the following morning. They were really apologetic but it was not necessary as it was such a tiny issue, it further demonstrated how professional they are.

We now have a fantastic garden room that we can enjoy for years to come and they really was not a single problem from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and thank them very much for a fantastic room!

We have just had our garden room built and we are so pleased with it. The team were so professional and so efficient we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for our fantastic new office space.

We were in the market for a 5.5 x 3m garden room and after conducting obsessive research, we decided that Tranquil seemed to offer the best of all worlds and we were not disappointed. I would recommend them for the following reasons:

-The garden rooms they offer are built to a high spec, but at a lower price than everyone else offering the same thing. I was concerned that there was going to be a catch, but there wasn’t.

- They are completely upfront about how much the finished product will cost, unlike a lot of other companies, who engage in smoke and mirrors and overuse of the word ‘bespoke’ in order to conceal the actual price.

- From the start to the finish of the process they were a joy to work with. Emma in the office was always extremely helpful and quick to respond to any query. Mark and the team were the best tradespeople you could ever want in your garden for 3.5 days: really friendly, competent, hardworking, tidy, respectful and cheerful.

The finished thing exceeded expectations. All in all, unless you want something that Tranquil can’t offer, don’t hesitate to go with this brilliant company.

If you are looking for a professional team to help you building a sturdy garden room that offer value for money and efficient services, Tranquil Garden Rooms team is the supplier you could rely on. In just 4 days, they have completed the building of our garden office from scratch at very good quality despite the rain. We did find some minor defects the next day after they finished the work and their team came within a few days to fix them and it looks perfect now. Once we have installed the electricity and finished painting it, we should be able to use it. Thanks Mark and Emma team and keep up for all the great work!
