Quick and Effective Resolution!

The representative replied, was apologetic, and offered a replacement item. Based on experiences with other companies, I was prepared for this process to be long and drawn out.

Professional and positive customer care responses

Unfortunately, the record I ordered arrived with postal damage, but I was given a full refund without hesitation. Have ordered from artists using Sandbag before and the experience has always been very positive, even if a problem has arisen.

I sadly recived a faulty vinyl

I sadly recived a faulty vinyl, but once i told the sandbag helpdesk about it, they did everything to make it right, sadly the vinyl is sold out, so i got a refund. It was quick and they were very helpful
