Initial contact was promptly responded to which was a positive start. An appointment for a house survey was quickly scheduled. Richard Cobb undertook the survey and provided a same day telephone call to provide an initial report with the full survey report following in a couple of days. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors if you’re looking for a new home survey.

Excellent end-to-end service. The team takes the time to have an initial conversation to understand your needs and explain the different survey options available. In my case, I chose to proceed with a Level 3 survey for additional comfort and assurance.

The survey itself was very detailed and competitively priced. The report was comprehensive and delivered shortly after the survey, which was very helpful for keeping the process moving.

Richard gave me prompt advice about the type of Survey that would best meet my needs; a Level 2 Home Survey. This was carried out within four days of my initial contact and I was invited to attend towards the end of the Survey to ask any questions and be generally appraised of his findings.
