I love yoga with Sandhya she makes you feel calm and you are able to do as much or as little as you can do . Her classes always have a lovely atmosphere and she listens to your needs. I would thoroughly recommend her classes. Thankyou Sandhya.
What lovely classes. Sandhya mixes each class up to be something different but you always come away feeling relaxed, energised and motivated for the day. Best yoga class I’ve ever been to.
I arrived at Pilates very stressed and an emotional wreck having taken my treasured dog to the vets for an operation. Pilates began as usual with Sandhya’s calming voice and soothing music. My focussed concentration on the exercises combined with physical movement, soothing voice and music gradually calmed me and I was aware of my tense body physically easing and my overloaded mind clearing.
I left Pilates feeling totally revived. Thank you Sandhya, what a tonic!
I have just completed the Introduction to Chakras course taught by Sandhya and found it very helpful and informative. As a result I will be looking into other courses taught by Sandhya and also look into bringing the use of Chakras into my day to day live.
Sandhya is a professional yoga tutor with expertise in how to use yoga to improve all aspects of life. In my case Sandhya has taught me how yoga can prolong and improve my running. Sandhya’s sessions are carefully put together so everyone gets what they need and the relaxation at the end is fabulous. Highly recommended.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Pilates classes with Sandhya that I have been attending for the last three years. My mobility has improved particularly in getting up from the floor but in other ways too.
Classes are enjoyable and fun and exercises are adapted to suit all levels of ability.
I have been going to Sandya’s class now for six months now and I have enjoyed every session, after being ill for some time and still have health problems, Sandya has helped me with my fitness, she is very knowledgeable in what she does and treats us all to our own needs.
If you are looking for a yoga Pilates class I would recommend you give Sandya a try you will not be disappointed.
Sandhya’s yoga class is welcoming, relaxing, informative and fun.
Sessions are adapted to individual needs if required.
I particularly like the meditation aspect before and after her sessions.
I look forward to our meeting each Friday, it’s my time to take a welcomed break from a busy day! The mindfulness meditations are just what I need to help me relax and shut out the world for a while. I suffer from Chronic PTSD and anxiety and find listening to your voice really calms me and clears my mind. Learning about the chakras, crystals and sound frequency healing has been so eye opening and I have learnt so much so thank you! 🙏
I have just been to a 121 with Sandhya in her studio to try yoga and Pilates and discuss which would work best for me with my various injuries and aches. I absolutely loved it and felt 2” taller afterwards with a smile on my face all day. Sandhya is really calm and patient, she made me feel like I’m not such an old crock as I thought and I’m excited now about joining her yoga class
Meditation and breathwork has been extremely beneficial to me when experiencing anxiety.
Sandhya is very approachable, knowledgable and understanding.
I have learned how to calm my busy mind and change my thought patterns positively. It has helped me more than I thought possible.
I have been attending Sandhya's Pilates class for some time now and was so grateful that she kept us going on-line during the pandemic. I joined the group to strengthen my back and I have noticed a marked improvement. Sandhya is a very attentive teacher and always goes the extra mile. No two classes are the same and she adapts all the exercises to people's individual level of need. Sandhya also has a great sense of humour so the classes are fun too. Thank you Sandhya!
Thoroughly enjoyed my meditation at the Sanctuary yesterday, I felt like I had taken a deep three hour nap it was so relaxing. Would defo recommend.
Sandhya teaches in a relaxed inclusive way which enables everyone to practice to there own ability. But the opportunity to progress to an advanced level is available in a non judgemental fun way..All abilities ages and students new to exercise are made to feel welcome. My confidence strength and flexibility has improved . Sandhya will always give alternatives for injuries weaknesses and disabilities in a kind compassionate manner.
I have been going to Pilates for backs with Sandhya for a few weeks now and it is helping me massively. I have issues with my back, neck and shoulder so this class is brilliant for me. Sandyha can adapt the exercises to fit around any weak spots you may have so you can still do all the exercises safely. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else in the room - you can go at your own comfort level to gain maximun benefits. I always feel great afterwards.

If you’ve never tried a sound bath before, give it a go! Having attended partner yoga with Sandhya (which was brilliant fun), I thought I’d give her sound bath a try. This was a new experience for me and I was a little apprehensive, but I absolutely loved it. It was incredibly calming as the sound seemed to resonate within me and I felt so at peace. The space is perfect for relaxing and Sandhya is a master at creating a warm and tranquil environment. It’s a great way to forget about all your worries for a while and leave feeling refreshed and like you’ve done something for you.
