I have never encountered such an incompetent rogue builder in my life. 
What was promised as a 2-week build turned into a 3-month nightmare, and the project is still an absolute disaster.
The quality of work is shocking:
They fitted the completely wrong glass doors, meaning we cannot even access the building.
No insulation was installed
Damaged Flooring: 
The floorboards are already lifting and coming up.
The interior plastering is incredibly poor
The damp-proof course was simply cut off and left exposed under the decking. Every time it rains, it turns into a swimming pool
To make matters worse, the owner completely disappeared once things went wrong.  he resorts to extreme verbal abuse rather than fixing his mistakes. 
Now, he has the audacity to take me to court to claim for a £2,000 final payment that was rightfully held back for incomplete and defective work.
On top of the huge costs to rip everything out and get proper tradespeople to fix his mess, 
his massive delays caused me to pay thousands of pounds extra
This has been a disaster and  it still isn't finished!I am now forced to pay solicitors to fight this everlasting nightmare in a legal battle.

Never even turned up to assess the job. I called and booked them to come and look at my garden room but S and L garden rooms never even turned up. Steve said he would come I stayed in and waited and he did not even turn up or give me a courtesy call. When I called to chase up he then did not answer. I'd avoid any unreliable tradesman like this and wouldn't go near s&l garden rooms for any building work
