I never received my order and on the website it says that my order is picked by a customer- I am the one who placed the order and paid and I did not receive any information from the shipment company. I have no idea how anyone could receive my order without an Id?!…
I bought shoes on the outlet, and received the wrong pair of shoes. When I asked for the right shoes they said it was not possible. They did give me a refund but not the full amount beacaude i had to pay 7 euros to ship the wrong shoes back to Sandro.

I love Sandro. I think the quality of the clothes, unique styles, and order turnaround time are really outstanding.
However, this brand needs to be more size inclusive, especially when it comes to pants and jeans. I purchased a size 42 in a pair of jeans, and couldn't zip them up. This size is already higher than what I would normally purchase with a different brand.
I'll keep the jeans because I love them so much, and try to get them to fit. However, please make a better effort to accommodate the different shapes and sizes of women in your jeans. We are not all flat in front and at the back ;-).

So we have to pay 7 eur for returning when the basket was 1000+eur. Really disapointing experience which i wouldn't expect from such a brand

I’m genuinely disappointed with the delivery experience. For a high-end brand like Sandro, I expected a much higher standard of care and presentation.
The clothing arrived heavily wrinkled in the box, which is simply unacceptable at this level. I now have to pay to have two suits, as well as several shirts and trousers, professionally dry-cleaned before I can even wear them.
This is not the premium experience I associate with Sandro, and it falls well below expectations.

Products are great, but please don’t use DPD for delivery. They are very unreliable and leave it in random pick up places far away from delivery address.

I am writing again to formally complain about an incomplete order from your online store.
Order number: 860378957
The parcel was delivered sealed and intact, however it contained only one item, while several items from my order were missing (the trousers and the wool and cashmere turtleneck jumper). This clearly indicates a packing error on your side.
Under EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for delivering the full order. As such, this situation constitutes non-delivery of part of the goods, and I am entitled to a remedy.
I request an immediate full refund for the missing items which amounts.
I have already attempted to resolve this through your customer service without success, which is why I am escalating this as a formal complaint.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre and a legal law suit.
I expect your prompt response and resolution
