Jag ville höja budet på en kommunalt ägd fastighet men den gick "sängvägen" och det gick inte att få ett vettigt svar från något av rötäggen i kommunen eller den lierade mäkklaren på Fastighetsbyrån.
Skadar medborgarna detta att försälja fastigheter för ca halva värdet till vänner eller via pengar under bordet.
