Disappointing
I bought a kitchen sink, Franke Sirius 2.0, order number 6425006030 but it turned out to be fake. It doesn't say anywhere that the back of the sink is made of plastic.
The sink cost 1040 ron, delivery to Romania cost 400 ron. Now to return it they ask me for 620 ron. so add up how much I spent on shipping and how much the sink costs.
Conclusion: they will sell it again to other suckers like me.
Don't buy!!! They sell a lot of fakes. Customers in Romania are very disappointed and angry with this company
And the lady at the customer reception, Postolache Natalia, is a complete joke. All she knows is that these are the conditions, nothing else. She is hired for nothing, zero communication with the customer, zero professionalism.

Great Service
We ordered a douche set, that unfortunately didn't fit. We had to send it back to the warehouse in Czech Republic. Right after receipt we received a confirmation, credit note and the money was transferred into our bank account right after.
The only downside was that we had to pay for the transport ourselves. But still 5 starts because of the clear communications and speed of handling.

Price was good, the site has a lot of options to choose from, delivery was fast and packaging was pretty much protecting the products inside, they sent an email afterwords to show the basics of assembly and installation.

I bought avery nice shower armatur from manufacturer "Grohe". The quality is very good...the same was the price. It was chaeper what I had to pay in germany.
The delivery time was very short...

I ordered a toilet which came very fast but unfortunately the plumber said it was not the right fit as the parts should be separate for easy repair. Had I known it would cost 77 to send it back and I would also lose this money I would have reconsidered.
