Thank you for your recent response, I’m writing this a a review because it’s important for anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from you to be very aware of how you answer legitimate claims, firstly you have claimed that I misused the drill (that would never fail), I was drilling into aluminium! The drill did not break (as you saw in the photo it twisted out of shape.
Secondly you give a 15 day money back guarantee from time of purchase, really 15 days? Why bother you know no one will have time use you products and when they fail have them sent back. Thirdly (after asking for replacement sets you accuse me of being dishonest! Fourthly you never offered me a refund, (which you say you did) I have all the emails! Your company is deceptive and does not honour anything they advertise especially any integrity as a business! You should be ashamed of what you do and say. I can only speak about my experience so I hope no one else has to be humiliated like you have made me feel.
The folks at Sanrico have been very helpful! When an order seemed to disappear - after a slight hiccup, they investigated and then re-sent the order, which has now been delivered. The items themselves are of good quality; and will be very useful.
I am impressed with their friendliness; and willingness to assist at every stage. More than happy and will definitely deal with them again.

They indicate that they will send out a new after I write a review. New item supposedly sent again. I have not received tracking information after multiple requests.
Beware that you can purchase exact same item at $30 cheaper on Amazon or eBay. Do your research!

There was a problem of my order being completed and confirmed. I brought it to their attention. The next day I was able to enter my order and check out with no problem.

On my first order with San Rico I failed to purchase the adapter needed for the tool. They responded within a day and arranged for me to get the adapter, normally not sold on-line, and even gave it to me half price with free shipping. Great customer service.

I thought I was having delivery issues but failed to take into account the time of year (week before Christmas) - my bad. I contacted Sanrico and they looked into it and advised it was on its way, and sure enough my package showed up.
I have ordered several times in the past with Sanrico and based on my experiences, would definitely order from them again.

I ordered something that I need to cancel shortly after because a family member had bought the same item. I emailed Sanrico to explain the situation and they were very friendly and prompt and cancelled the order without issue. My money was refunded a few days later. Luckily, I noticed the 24 hour order cancellation policy and did it within the time period. It's good to note the fine print.
