Recently I was getting one of those (cobalt drill bits) and pressed an up-sell offer button thinking I would get to see the details - alas, no, it promptly added it to my order, which I didn’t want as I still had plenty of that product at my shop.
I contacted support and they agreed to cancel and refund that portion of the order.
So cool products and excellent support.

I purchased an attachment for an angle grinder and it arrived on time and is very good quality at an affordable price. Mistakenly I ordered it without the adapter. When I contacted customer service they were very prompt and helpful and sent me a link with the opportunity to purchase it at a discounted rate. I’m extremely impressed by the level of service I experienced.

Had a problem getting what I ordered so I email support. I received an email reply the same day that the issue would be looked at within 1 business day. True to the email the fixed my problem. As it turned out they information was sent but in an email while I assumed it was a hard copy in the mail. I kept waiting but nothing showed up in my mailbox : ). Anyway they got me the pdf right away.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sanrico! They get 5 stars out of 5 for sure! This level of service was a pleasant surprise and a refreshing change.
I mistakenly thought that there was a delivery issue, and emailed customer service 4 times. Each one was answered promptly by James, and followed up with answers for me every time.
Great job James and the whole Sanrico team!

Ordered the drill but not the adapter! You can't use it without the adapter and you won't find that anywhere! However Sanico replied quickly and very professionally, provided me the link to purchase the adapter. Can't wait to try it out!!

The customer service is excellent. I purchased welding rods and their automated system offered me an even better deal. However it wasn't clear to me as to why I couldn't simply order the "better" deal by itself. After communicating with their service department, they made an exception that allowed the cancellation of the first order and they promptly refunded me. I then ordered the "better deal" and
I ended up with 40% more welding rod and saved $10 in the process. Thanks a whole bunch! It's rare to be treated well nowadays. I would buy again from them.

My product was sent to the wrong address by no mistake by Sanrico.I contacted their office and within
3 day's they e-mailed me and said they would mail me

I failed to notice mention of the required adapter when I placed my order. Thus the product received was useless without it. I contacted the Sanrico service team about my dilemma.
