Photosocks company did a great job of…

Photosocks company did a great job of working with me on a photo sock order. I placed the order and was given an expected delivery date. When my order was not delivered by the expected date, I contacted the company and they gave me an option for a refund. I accepted the refund. However, the order was received shortly after that and I repaid the cost of the order minus a delivery delay refund from the company. The socks were produced well and were of good quality. Their communication was quick and honest and I appreciate their service even though the shipping expectation was not met.

I am not one to bash companies

As the title says, I am not one to bash companies, but I think this is deserved.. I ordered my girlfriend a nice key chain customized with pictures of us etc on Dec 7th. It was projected to arrive Dec 20th and I paid for a VIP service of $3.99 to 'expedite'. On Dec 13th I got an email saying "under accelerated process". Sometime in the next day or two, I was called and told this 'should arrive before Christmas.. It was shipped from there factory in China Dec 18th and flew out Dec 20th. Needless to say, it arrived to me Dec 26th. The product is actually very nice and if I trusted them, or had months before I needed it, I'd probably order again, but I don't..
Yesterday (Dec 26th) I asked for my $3.99 'VIP service' fee back - not the cost of the product - as I am not sure I was treated as 'very important', and I got a generic email about how it is is Christmas and they are 'booming' with orders. Obviously $3.99 isn't going to fix this, nor is it going to make any impact on my life. But the fact they took 0 responsibility speaks volumes and 99% reason for my post.

Highly recommend the mini pillows

Love the up to date tracking emails/app. Product was exactly as described and a perfect, entertaining gift for Christmas eve. Excellent customer service-Jason was prompt and kind at answering questions. I will be ordering again.

Great Costomer Service rep…

They had great Costomer Service rep (Jason)helping me confirm design and then he followed though with the shipping so I ended up getting it on time. He was always responsive and engaged. The shirts were perfect and very fun.

Almost perfect!

I’ve ordered a personalised product, the first delivery didn’t arrive, the shop sent it again. This time it came fast and the results is great, pillow is soft and nice, print looks good.
One star less only because it took a lot of time to have it delivered and many emails before I could get the product delivered.

Ridiculous processing and shipping practices

Order personal gifts for my family. On the order page it gave estimated arrival dates before Christmas. When I checked out, to ensure it arrived on time I paid extra to get the fastest shipping option and make sure it arrived on time.

Once the order was paid I recived confirmation email with a completely different arrival date and an obnoxious processing time. Making my gift arrive 5 days after Christmas .

I wanted to cancel but they said it was already processed and would be refunded -30% restocking fee. That’s ridiculous because I followed up immediately.

The customer service rep said they would put pressure on production to get it completed more quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised when a day or so later I got a shipment update . However, the shipment updates had an arrival time of 9 days later. Why did I pay for fast express shipping (3-5 days) and not recive that? With a week until Christmas that would have give. Enough time for my package to arrive.

Poor customer service, poor communication and scamy business practices. Charging higher shipping rates and not fulfilling those terms.

I received a custom Tshirt that had my photos badly placed.

I received a custom Tshirt that had my photos for over lapping and not placed well to what the ads represented so I contacted the company to check if my order could be processed again due to this.
The reply was positive and no hesitation was taken to redo my order. I’m very pleased and happy that my complaint was listen to.

Looking forward to the 2nd T shirt for my husband for Christmas.
