I fell in love the moment I saw their products on Instagram. When it arrived, it was even more beautiful in person. I wore it to the Chromatica Ball and got a ton of compliments. I also wore it around Christmas at work for dress up days (I'm a teacher) and everyone loved it, students and colleagues. It was absolutely worth the price. A little goes a long way, too. We have checked your order which was shipped by us on the 18th of November, and returned back to us on the 11 of January (Today) due to it not clearing customs. We would also like to clarify you did not choose express shipping, you chose Royal Mail first class shipping which is a fully trackable service, and we provided you with the tracking number so you may track its progress to you. Due to the amount of orders we receive, we cannot track every order which is why we provide tracking at shipping and mention to our customers in their email to track their orders and if they do encounter any delays or problems, to get in touch. We also have a comprehensive page dedicated to shipping which states the shipping services we provide, eg express and Royal Mail first class, the expected times and possible delays including customs that can occur.
As we are purely based online, we try our best to provide as much information as possible on our website regarding shipping for our customers to read prior to ordering, so they are aware every step of the way. We also have an online messaging service for our customers to contact us with immediate connection to our customers service team.
It is unfair to rate us 1 star when your parcel being returned to us is not something we anticipated nor wanted, neither did you make us aware at any time that your order had not reached you before leaving this review so we could have had a chance to rectify the situation. We would like all our customers to receive their parcels and enjoy their products they have paid for. A refund was issued to you in accordance with our refunds policy.

My product did not arrive in time for what I needed it for even though I ordered well in advance. Product is ok but needs a cream or something to get that bold look.

We took a look at your order timeline and can see you placed your order on the 16th of October 22 and chose the Royal Mail first class service not the DHL Express, which has an estimated shipping time of 6-12 working days as mentioned on our website. Your order left us on the 19th of October and was received by yourself on the 31st of October. That is within 9 working and 11 working days if you include our handling time and a customs delay which can be seen on the tracking. We think this is a reasonable time for an international order from Uk to Canada
We recommend all our loose pigments be used alongside a tacky base for it to adhere to. Not only does a base help the product stick but it also intensifies the pigment pay off. Again this is mentioned on our website in the product description. We hope you enjoy your purchase and get the most out of it.

Beautiful Pigments
Absolutely beautiful pigments! A little goes a long way and the sparkle in some is blinding. Did one order to try with a friend so we could save on shipping and will be doing another again. There are deeper shades that I just must have now that I know the quality is spot on. The formula is quite fine but nothing gets past the topper so they travel quite well. At the time it took about a week and a half for shipping which is great for where I am and on par or better than some other companies. Highly recommend you try these.
