Exquisite workmanship. I purchased couple sarees over the years and I could not be happier. These guys are very trustworthy and take time to make sure each piece is a masterpiece. Very good material as well as colour.
You can discount for fall bedding as well as other extra charges as when we buy it from your showroom the saree is ready for wearing except blouse stitching.

I ordered dress for festival season, gave my alterations details right after I ordered on the WhatsApp number. They confirmed that they will be altering per my request.
However the dress came in standard size? I can't wear it. They are refunding 20% of the total price and promised to do alterations and shipping when I go to India.
I didn't want the money, I was looking forward to wear something new in the festivals. Very very disappointed.

I wanted the product sooner than the mentioned delivery time and Ciji made it happen, was so so helpful and patient it was a fab experience.
Spoke to two other people from the team, they were equally prompt and helpful.

Very inconvinent system of exchange.
What is the point of online shopping at home when u need to go and courier the order received.
Not in case of amazon or myntra.

Fraud and worst experience with saree.com
One of the most cheap and low quality products and when requested for return they expect the customers only to arrange the return delivery partner. No other online store has done such cheap and unprofessional work.

I love the collection, the wide range of pricing, quality and excellent customer service. I have been a die hard Aasopalav customer for decades. I don’t know the full name but the customer rep kept in regular contact through WhatsApp to ensure I am satisfied.

Jhanvi was very helpful and efficient while working remotely through WhatsApp video. She communicated my requirements ahead of time and showed me the dresses that matched by budget and color theme. People like Jhanvi make video shopping so convenient and trustworthy for shoppers outside India. She was very knowledgeable about the available collection. She provided online resources when things didn’t work out in store. I’m so happy with her amazing service!!

This gets 4.5 stars only because some of the items were delivered after the date promised on the website. Other than that the customer experience, delivery etc. was stellar! Special mention of agent Ciji, super-responsive, patient and polite! Just the kind of expected follow-ups etc.! Quite impressed. Highly recommend and will definitely shop here more. Also, the products look exactly as in the pictures! So fab job overall!

I got Lehenga from Saaree.com for my House Warming party, its as beautiful as it was in picture. Very good quality. Very very good customer service. I really took risk of ordering Lehenga online but I am super satisfied with my purchase and I highly recomment Saaree.com they have beautiful Lehenga with reasonable price.

I loved the look of the Saree but material could be better and the blouse material is very sad. Too small to make the blouse also fabric is like canvas.
