Worst of worst

Worst of worst !

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order at the end of February with the promise that it would be delivered in early March. I even paid an expensive shipping fee to ensure timely delivery. However, I received two emails informing me—without any apology or proper explanation—that the delivery would be delayed by 2-3 days.

Since then, there has been no update and absolutely no action taken.

I have sent multiple emails, none of which have received a reply. I also left a message on your website, and your response was simply to ask whether I wanted a refund. I confirmed that I wanted the refund, but once again, you have completely ignored me.

I have also called several times, and not once has anyone answered the phone. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.

How such a worst site !

Great team and amazing sofa bed

After a delay in our order and issue with the delivered sofa, the Sasastore team was very available, quickly picked up and delivered the correct item. A big thanks as the delivery team helped us bring upstairs our sofa, while upstairs delivery was not part of the offered service. Super happy with the quality of the sofa and would definitely recommend!

Feydom couch

Ordered a feydom couch, extremely happy with the couch but the delivery and communication with sasa store went bad. I wrote in my comments to the order that i need it to be delivered to my door, in fact i was willing to pay extra to make sure that happens(i live on the 10th floor with elevator but there’s steps to and from the elevator). Called sasa store to make sure they understand my situation, they supposedly wrote a note to the delivery guys and when they came, delivery guys said they’re just delivering a package and left it at the front door of the building.. had to haul everything myself (couch was modular thank god) but it took me an hour or so and absolutely drained + they only deliver on working days so i had to work and reply to emails while dealing with this as well.. exactly what i wanted to avoid happened, even though i did everything i could to notify everyone and pay whatever was necessary to avoid the situation.

Buyer beware

The products are good, the people in the shop are extremely pleasant and kind. But the communication is not at all good, wrong information sent, and it was not made very clear that the couch we ordered we had to do all the fabric treatment ourselves! We paid extra for fabric protection and what we got was two bottles of liquid which have be applied outdoors because they are toxic! The heavy mattress therefore has to go downstairs and outside after lugging it up--this was not at all the expectations *they* gave us in the shop.
