I ordered a phone case in November it said it’s Been shipped after months but still have not received

Ordered in November and have still not received order, cannot get into contact with anyone from company, auto replies to emails sent and no reply on many instagram dms. No order and no refund

Terrible experience. Ordered and never received anything, contacted them for months to get money back. Eventually got it but never again will I order from this website. It wasn’t only me with this issue, others I had spoken to said the same. Took their money, ignored messages for months and they had to keep chasing for a refund absolutely shocking experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It took a month for my case to arrive, and once it had arrived it was the wrong colour. Poor customer service tried to chase my order through email 3 times and through Instagram a further few times. Would never use this company again.

I have been trying to make contact on various social media platform & via as I have not yet received my order which was placed in January. I have not had a response & still not received my order.

Actually amazed how well my brows have come out! Kit arrived within a week, the process is very easy to follow using the instruction video on the website. So pleased with the results, brows look thicker with instant shape.
Now I only need a daily brush to put brows into place.

The kit itself is packaged beautifully, you get kept up to date with your order and it was shipped quickly. The instructions were easy to follow (I loved the Sandy Cohen brow reference) and there’s an additional video too. I absolutely love the result and can’t stop looking at my brows.

I ordered 15th January. It’s now 20th February, I don’t have my item and the company is ignoring my messages on Instagram. Do not buy from here.

I ordered a case from here before Christmas and it’s not January and it’s still not arrived. No one will read or answer any messages through Instagram 😭. The email address and number on the website doesn’t work so you cannot ask for a refund. Please read the reviews on here before purchasing from here I wish I did. I paid a lot for a case I don’t have.

i ordered from here after seeing there instagram it took ages to come and when it did the print came upside down and they offered to send another one free of charge but never received or responded again

There should be a 0 star rating! Absolutely shocking, no way of getting hold of the scammers. They post daily on their instagram and ignore messages. WhatsApp and email isn’t running. My item hasn’t arrived it’s been a month. They company should be closed down with immediate affect, taking peoples money with no care in the world

I don't even want to give 1 star!. Ordered over a week ago and heard nothing. I have emailed twice and tried contact through social media and nothing back. Absolute scam, looks like I won't be getting my phone case or a response back!!

Do not order from this company! Have lost my money. Their email does not work and you can’t get in touch with them . I ordered an expensive top for my daughter for Christmas and I think there is no chance of getting my money back .

This company is great keeley does many giveaways, she does plenty of deals including wax melts at £1 on black Friday, the group is lovely and friendly . X

I don't want to leave 1 star but no option. Ordered 8th August 2021 cost £25 with 1st class postage, still not received item. They keep posting on Instagram but don't respond to messages. Avoid this company unless you want to lose money

DON'T order from this company. I ordered 1,5 months ago and they don't reply, I have never received my item, and it's not even sent yet. They delete comments on their Instagram when you tell them to check DM's. Their customer service email is no longer in use, and tells you to use their Instagram DM's.

The biggest SCAM I have ever seen in my entire life. Don't order from them.
