Missing Item, Non-Existent Customer Service

When I received my order, I picked it up the from the fedex location (staples) near me. There was NO NAME on my order, which made it difficult for to get my order. I initially went to Staples on Saturday to get my order, employee at the desk said it wasn't there, even though fedex marked it as delivered. She instructed me to come back on Monday after 3pm. I came back on a Tuesday, discovered the reason why I couldn't receive my package at first was because there was NO NAME on it. Just my address and the tracking number. When I opened my order, one of the bags the clothes came in were already opened (i.e. there was a hole in it). I'm unsure why there is a luxury price tag on Entire Studios items if the items were already tampered with. Additionally, I ordered 3 items and only 2 of my items came. The other item was completely missing.

I should add, before the items shipped I asked to change sizes for one of the dresses, there was no response. Zero. Zilch. Nothing.

Due to their lack of response, I'm now worried I won't receive a prompt refund or have the item I originally ordered shipped to me at all.

If you really want to order here, keep in mind you'll have a lack of response from customer service or no response at all. Order 1 item at a time, as ordering more than 1 can cause them to miss part of your order completely.

Update: I reached out to their marketing team on instagram and only then, did the e-commerce team respond to me. The marketing team is super lovely, but shouldn't have to contact the e-commerce team to do their jobs. Every time I waited on a response I'd have to contact the marketing team, it was a bit ridiculous. I received a refund for the missing item only after a whole week had passed and after I jumped through multiple hoops.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service! I've never experienced a brand that charges so much for their merch to be so indifferent to customers. I bought an item. They ended up being too big. I let them know immediately and was told very deadpan that I needed to return it with a slip, etc. Fine. I sent it back immediately and provided the USPS tracking, confirming that it was received at their warehouse, just so they knew they had it. I got a cold response that it takes 14 days to issue a return.

I found the tone of the response a bit unfriendly and borderline passive-aggressive, but let it go. It is now 14 days, and I've heard nothing. I wrote to them saying, as a new customer, this is not feeling like the best experience. Their sole response was "It's actually 13 days. Should go through tomorrow." It wasn't 13 days. I literally counted on a calendar, but either way, this is how they respond??? So unprofessional, indifferent, and rude. Even though I openly accepted losing $41 for shipping (it does not cost that much to ship from California to my state), on top of the $22 I paid to send it back. I'm out of $63, but still stayed friendly, held up my end of the bargain, and they treat me as if I'm a nuisance while they're still in possession of my money. Never again.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! I bought a €450 dress for my stepdads wedding, as soon as i took it out the package the hem was poorly done and the material was atrocious! I was under the assumption that the dress would be a stretchy material given by the images, however, as soon as i tried it on it ripped, so if you’re curvy in any form don’t even bother! Not only that, it was impossible to get on and almost ripped again when trying to take it off as theres no zipper or buttons, and due to the fabric not being stretchy, you have to force it over your shoulders/hips. And just to top it all off, I cant even return it now because it ripped when I tried it on, AND I now dont have a dress for the wedding in a week :( WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Poor customer service

I placed an order on December 2, 2025. It is now December 22nd and my item is still somewhere in Tokyo or China. You have to download the shop app just to track your order. I reached out to customer service on several occasions, and I get a generic response each time. One way for a business to go downhill is poor customer service, and long shipping times. I’m upping this issue to the better business bureau and my state attorney general, because talking to the entire studios customer service team is like talking to yourself.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I’ve now experienced ‘unexpected stock discrepancies’ two separate times, and every time I request a refund, they only issue a partial one. They charge for shipping even when nothing is shipped. Completely unprofessional. Stay away from them.

Horrible experience with return

Horrible experience with the customer service and return. I've requested a return of the item due to the wrong size ordered. The return form was immediately sent to me along with the instructions and the address to return the item to. I've paid half of the item price for the shipment but the address they have provided is INVALID. And nobody responds my mails and provides the correct address. Now the parcel is sent back to me at my own cost. So, I lost full item price because ENTIRE STUDIO failed to provide the appropriate address to me. Horrible customer service for the US based company! What a shame! Do not recommend to buy their clothes directly. Most likely the experience would be better I I buy their stuff at shopping platforms....
