After years of putting up with rubbish internet, I decided to go for a full 4G install. The process has been quick and efficient. The engineer was polite and proficient and answered my questions as we went along.
The actual install was relatively simple although the stipling on my cottage made the situating of the antenna slightly awkward but the engineer wasn't fazed by this and this was accomplished with some ease.
In fact the whole process went well and I can only praise everything as a whole. And the internet speeds I have now have honestly blown me away - wish I had done it sooner! Recommended.

Sat-works was on the ball but the hire company supplying the lift let them down by being a day late. The weather changed and was unable to go up in the lift. Lewis the engineer was brilliant and very helpful and returned in between Christmas and new year to do the job when the weather was safe to go up and do the job Thank you very much Lewis and his colleague for your help and the system is working great again

The overall process was straightforward the engineer arrived and was all done in about hour & half, the dust all cleaned up, the internet is running well more than 3 times the speed than with the landline.

Good communication around date on installation. Sub contracted engineer got in touch ahead of the installation to give indicative installation time, which he didn’t manage to keep, but no big issue. Installation happened the day after initially planned, but not really an inconvenience to me. Installer was polite and friendly and did a good job of installing the new equipment and explaining how everything worked.

Very quick and simple install, the lad was extremely helpful and friendly, could not fault the service. Have much better coverage now and really pleased with the advice and help the engineer provided. Definitely recommend.

Office staff fantastic but the install was not perfect where I wanted it was not possible and told only place was lower down so obstruction view on one side never offered to put on chimney where it would have been perfect. Once finished there is a large hole left on the inside told they don't make plug for wall witch is a lie as you can buy on starlink web page. Also I had to ask for the cable on the inside to be fixed to the wall and not left flapping around.

Communication was good, got an appointment to install within the 2weeks that they advised, and once I had a date it wasn't cancelled or rescheduled which really helped with planning my end. Paul the engineer was professional, polite and had the equipment installed in no time. Apologies Paul for the weather and the walk (our house is fairly rural and up a track that's not currently vehicle accessable). Couldn't have gone smoother.

The installation of an external 4G antenna to a 4G router was done in less than hour on time without any fuss or problems. The resulting broadband speeds were exactly what was found on the initial site visit.

I changed from Vodafone to BroadBand Shack for more than half the price and 2 to 3 times faster download speed. Sat-Works carried out the installation on an agreed date and the installer Tristan turned up within the ETA window as declared. As I have line-of-sight visibility to the transmitter mast I already had an idea of where the antenna and router should be placed and after performing a test in the suggested position, Tristan was happy to carry out the installation, which provided excellent results. One very happy customer.

I have had a customer relationship with Satworks for nearly 6 years now as I tried various Satellite Broadband services and 4G.

I live in the middle of nowhere in a deep valley surrounded by trees on 3 sides so receiving normal broadband and speeds above 2mbps is a no go.

Over the years I have tried two Satellite Broadband services which were no good for me due to the lag and a 4g service that was down due to the provider more than it was up so service was really patchy.

Despite these obstacles James and now Tristan have always taken their time to find the best spot to install the equipment and offer me the best service I can get from the provider.

They have been superstars during long installations and then troubleshooting appointments and work tirelessly to resolve any of the issues I have experienced.

And now to my latest visits to install Starlink and again Tristan has been nothing but a superstar and worked so hard to get the coverage I wanted.

Initially they were really good and helpful with our starlink installation but the actual installation was not a good experience. We had asked for a morning appointment as it was our anniversary and we were going out. The girl who booked it said that would be fine and we would get a call to confirm when the engineer was coming. We never got a call and spent most of the day chasing up where he was. He finally turned up at 6pm. He told us he had gone back to his hotel to sleep all morning as he was tired from a large job the day before. He spent most of the time he was talking to me with his hands down his underwear sratching himself. (I am a woman in her 50s so not appropriate) He suggested putting the dish on a pole even though we had paid for a special flat roof mount and we had to insist he put it on the flat roof. He didn't clean up after himself and left brick dust all over the living room floor. Due to him taking hours to do the job we had to cancel our evening out as well. Not impressed but the starlink is working really well so it seems we were just unlucky with the engineer.

Had major issues with our Vodaphone antenna since installation with signal dropping out and poor speeds. Engineer looked at our options (we had since been sent an EE card too by National Broadband) and determined that the other side of the house with EE was the best signal. Clean and tidy job and now getting best speeds we have ever experienced. Engineer was great, took his time to understand our issues and worked out a good solution.

Installation is working.

The bracket and the cable down from the pole to the bottom is skew. I would expect a professional installation manger to also pay attention to the optics of their work.

Great installation by a great guy. Friendly, professional, explained everything -and enthusiastic - even though he had driven all the way from Devon to Kent! Impressive. The Starlink works brilliantly.

the installation engineer was very polite and took the time to investigate every option to increase our broadband speed.
We live in an area with very limited options for broadband but we now have a working solution.

Tristan called before arriving, was helpful in explaining what he was doing, was neat and tidy and sorted out some loose phone wires. The installation is unobtrusive and he was only with us for an hour or so. A good job.

We now have 6-40 Meg as compared to 1 Meg from BT and it's cheaper 😀
