I have the same experience with this brand as the other bad reviews say. Exactly the same thing. no tracking info, the parcel hasnt been even processed or shipped out and its been over two weeks. Unfortunately i read reviews after I placed an order which was a huge mistake because now im struggling to cancel it. I requested cancellation of my order before the 14 days period ended and they said it couldn't be cancels bc it was already processed and shipped. I just keep emailing them about this every day and they send me automated emails. I am also trying to resolve this issue through PayPal but no luck so far.
just dont buy anything from them

Ordered from the site. Received no tracking or any follow ups then after three weeks heard my order was cancelled. Stay away.

Terrible customer service!!! Inflexible and unresponsive. Since they do not provide estimated shipping times on their website, I decided to contact them after placing my order. Big mistake.

They responded to my initial email but did not address my question, and instead gave me a copy/pasted template response. Once I followed up asking them to answer my question, they just ignored me and didn't get back to me. Will ask for immediate refund under "clause 6 right to revocation".

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Satisfyer Pro is a great product. The first one I ordered was not “waterproof” and died. They did send me a replacement and even though it states “waterproof” in the description, I do NOT put my Satisfyer Pro near water!

If i could give less than one star I would! PLEASE do not order from them if youre in the UK, it's not worth it. I am not sure if the company is scamming people or if their issues are legitimately due to Brexit shipping issues but it seems bogus to me. I ordered something mid July when postage on the website stated 10-14 days, which I didnt mind waiting once i realised it was coming from Germany. 3 weeks go by and i havent even received a shipping confirmation. Emailed their customer support who informed me of delays due to brexit and covid, whatever, they said it would be another 3-4 weeks. I waited, but after 3 weeks requested a refund. it is now end Sept and ive emailed twice about the refund which has never come through. USELESS

My satisfyer pro2 was working well until recently. I remembered the product has 10-year warranty and decide to contact someone. Customer service is helpful and quick!

Amazing customer service experience and amazing products!

I had an amazing experience with a guy that went down on me. Unfortunately we broke it off but I needed to recreate the magic. Heard amazing things about Satisfyer and its true. You have to play around with it a little bit to figure out the best setting for you but holy hell this thing will take you to heaven.

Great products and excellent customer service experience. A lot has been written about the products and I agree with all the superlatives, but I'd also like to say how nice and welcoming the packaging is! Will definitely come back for more.
Let me edit this. While the fridge freezer delivery was great, we were supposed to get our oven delivered today. We didn't get any notice or anything, and when we called the store (Colchester store) we were told that "the van has broken down today" and that's why we didn't get any notice. This is obviously a lie since we got the previous delivery information a few days before. Then, they had the nerve to tell us that they can only book us for 2 weeks from now, after waiting for this oven for 3 weeks at this point. I'm really shocked by the boldness of this horrible store and will not be buying here again.

I'm 100% satisfied with the Satisfyer Pro Traveler. I had never experienced orgasms before, and with this little tool's help, it's Christmas everyday. Good aesthetic, easy to take with you everywhere, lots of vibration levels. Maybe the only thing I'd like to improve is the noise: it's okay, but I'd like it a little more silent though. Anyway, I recommend this product!

Effective device despite its fairly large weight which is still a nuisance over time

Okay, so - ordered an item from them, after a month of waiting for it and going back and forth with the customer support, they stopped responding to me. Had to initiate a chargeback procedure with PayPal. Bought the toy from Amazon and received it on the next day for HALF THE PRICE they sell it on their website. Do not recommend.

Great product, prompt delivery. Issue with charger cable dealt with professionally, if not particularly efficiently.
