Ordered disc on Friday for my vauxhall insignia..received in mail Saturday. Installed and working perfect.

Good Old Fashioned Service when you need it.
Needed an update for my wife's Merc CLK280 Cabriolet Command SatNav.. Made a request on Sunday evening asking if it was still available. Had an almost immediate reply and was in possession of the new disc on the Tuesday morning. Mike was very helpful and patient with me.

This is a genuine review. Superb and outstanding service from this company. The sat nav DVD disc (for Honda CRV) arrived by return of post, professionally packaged and a totally original. My satnav had stopped working in the car and I bought the update hoping it would solve the problem. Initially the satnav device would not load the software from the DVD (no fault with the disc). Mike from the Original Map Store could not have been more helpful, he replied immediately to my emails and helped me fix the problem by giving instruction on how to clean the laser lens.

I ordered the wrong disc and they sent me the right within 24 hour at no charge. Very quick to reply to my Emails. Excellent service. I will definitely use them again.
