Does that delivery man read English?
He called me to let him inside the bldg, the access information was clearly on the order.
Then he couldn't operate his phone to set up the capture of my ID!
He was very nice though.
I got tired of waiting for him to get it and closed my door on him.

Delivery was quick and accurate. The driver was pleasant and polite. However your tracking system does (I’m sorry) SUCK! Once the order is being picked up, the car GPS icon is displayed but never moves so you can’t tell where the driver actually is. The text messages come in the wrong order. For example, the “will arrive in 6 minutes” arrives after the delivery has already occurred.
