Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Reviews 

Delivery was prompt and driver was very courteous.

I moved from a 473 sqft studio to a 2 bedroom, and so I picked the studio moving option on task rabbit/dolly since my belongings currently fit in a studio. I had a modular couch, a queen bed, a dining table, lightweight rolling desk, and then stuff from a walk in closet and 2 hallway closets and a kitchen (which I had packed it all up into boxes ready to to, various sizes, some really small and some larger. Oh also, i had taken photos of the apt interior before i packed it up and shared it on dolly/taskrabbit to be shared with the movers. As soon as the movers came in, he looked around and told me it was too much stuff. And that it wouldn’t all fit in their cargo van. I specifically picked the “truck” option to save money even though it said it will take longer with multiple trips which I was fine with. I told the movers all this, and he argued with me saying i need to contact dolly qnd change it to a 2 bedroom which I refused to do because i chose studio because i currently live in a studio and have a normal amount of stuff for a studio, and not for a 2 bedroom. My partner is planning on moving his things in separetly from his one bedroom apt to the 2bed apt. I also told him I had posted photos which he said he didn’t see and I showed him how all the stuff I had nicely fit in my studio, and I was really frustrated that i was being argued about this, and then was asked if i would agree to pay $100 extra. I agreed because i was planning to tip $100 anyway for good service, but at that point I needed my stuff moved and didn’t want to argue more so i agreed. But i gave the $100 not because of a tip for good service. Also, because mine took longer (2 trips) they asked after thr first trip if they could do another task and come back to finish mine, which I agreed to even though I didn’t have to. I was thinking it would be just 2-3 hours max and it ended up being 5.5 hours when they came back, they left around 12pm and didn’t come back till 5:30pm. Overall they were fine and moved everything in, but it was a frustrating experience honestly, would not recommend.

Absolutely abhorrent service. I never received my package delivery, and Task Rabbit marked it complete anyway even though they knew it was not delivered. I called the store that my task rabbit was supposed to pick up my package from, and they said the item had not arrived yet. Rather than delaying the arrival date, the task rabbit marked it as “delivered” and solicited a gratuity for the service! When I called task rabbit support they corroborated this story and said there was nothing they could do once it had been marked delivered. TL;DR Task Rabbit knowingly lied to me about completing the delivery and refused to do anything about it.

The delivery guys were professional , knowledgeable and friendly

The guys dumped the old mattress by the side of the road 1 block away from our home. Truly disappointing. Would not use this service ever again

Was able to get my task fulfilled within the same day. There was some clarity that needed to be established but calling customer service twice resolved that. Reaching a customer service agent occurred within minutes. People involved in the delivery service were prompt,pleasant and easy to communicate with.

The desk was very heavy. Brought up to the 2nd floor. Removed the doors and the steel on the bottom of the desk, otherwise it would not fit through the door way. It was team work throughout the difficulty. They were professionals and I was very very satisfied.

They did an outstanding job removing out Tread. They arrived on time, communicated clearly from start to finish, and handled the equipment and my home with real care — including getting it up to the second floor without a scratch on anything.
Both of them were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional throughout. They took the time to make sure the Tread was properly removed, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up the packaging and work area completely.
I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend him without reservation. Five stars.

Fast, efficient.

For a delivery service, the most important thing to me is ensuring that the product arrives on time. Unfortunately, my delivery was rescheduled multiple times. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I kept receiving text messages asking for tips before I had even received my order. I find this ridiculous. Why should customers be asked to tip before the service has even been completed? The focus should be on providing reliable, timely delivery rather than repeatedly requesting tips.

Such friendly delivery men. Took care in carrying all the items in and moving around to where we needed things. Great job!

Delivery was made on time as scheduled and handles with care.

Easy to use and was able to get exactly what I needed done when I needed it with no hiccups. It was also easy to make changes through the app and communicate with my helpers
