Delivery was offloaded to Taskrabbit

Delivery was offloaded to Taskrabbit, who rescheduled and also had incredibly poor communication. I would have been better off saving my money and picking up the items at the store.

The question is what went right? There is zero human interaction, without any intelligent problem solving solutions. Very uninspiring experience.

The delivery service was on time

The delivery service was on time; however, some pieces were missing. I think before the delivery team leaves, they should double-check to make sure all pieces are included and accounted for.

The installer arrived but was unable to complete the installation because of the missing pieces. However, he is scheduled to come back, hopefully this week, to finalize the project.

Damage from delivery

There was a damage caused by the delivery to walls, ceilings, etc. The helpers worked hard but seemed not to have experience with moving a treadmill. I think the damage could have been avoided if there was a little strategizing ahead of time.
