Liquor order missing one bottle, finally reimbursed

I ordered 2 bottles of brandy. The liquor store only packaged 1 bottle for delivery. (2 previous deliveries were 5*). The driver contacted Saucey at my request and they said they would contact me with a solution. I have emailed Saucey 3 additional requests. Nearly 3 weeks and I have had no response. My credit card is charged for the 2 bottles. UPDATE 1/18/26 Saucey finally contacted me and is reimbursing the bottle of brandy I hadn't received. I had been sending them weekly reminders.

I appreciate the convenience but would…

I appreciate the convenience but would have appreciated a call telling me that the vape was unavailable because I would have added a pack of cigarettes to make the delivery worth it. I ended up paying 33 dollars for one pack which is really not convenient. I was called to ask if my order was delivered yet so obviously someone could have let me know
