Case comes with MagSafe and I love it, could get better quality print and colour but that is just me being picky, also quite expensive for a phone case.

MagSafe good. Quality poor. Price high
The covey himself is beautiful but the quality isn’t as expected for the price, too thick and made of 2 pieces of plastic that can easily separate. The colored part arrived already scratched in a corner.
At least the MagSafe magnets are good enough. But for this price I expect more quality.

Saugot send me the wrong case, they only replied once, it’s really hard to communicate with them. I payed 45€ and I want my case and they don’t reply to me. Saugot please collaborate, I only want my case or my money back.

Wrong design
You sent me the wrong design and it was not aligned in the center of the case the picture was only on the left but my country doesn’t support returning so i had to keep it and i thought that was the perfect gift but ruined everything only the quality is good

not at all what was promised
delivery time took ages, long past the estimate delivery date. when it arrived quality was very poor - just decided not to use it as it feels and looks cheap, despite the price vs similar products.

Leave a month+ for delivery
Good custom-printed cases, but leave a month+ for delivery. Printing for a few days is OK, transit for 3 weeks+ to the EU is not. Granted, it was the holidays, and granted, delivery is to the outskirts of the EU, but until they figure out a way to not have it sit for weeks at DHL in Frankfurt and not have the local post office deliver on the final leg (untraceable), you'll be left wondering what happened. If you can wait and live in Germany you'll be OK.

They take their time before shipping. Nothing you might need to soon.
Not even packed and sent within a week. Asking for a review before even sending the order out ist quite a move.

Remarkably slow delivery
I ordered an iphone case on Monday, today is Friday but the case has still not even been sent from Saugot.

Hi, Thomas. Since we operate on a print-on-demand model and offer a diverse range of products, some items are not stocked in-house. This means that as soon as the design will be printed on the case, shipping company will pick up your order from our facility and you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.
