It was horrible....product was of cheap…
It was horrible....product was of cheap quality...ur delivery partner are total fraudster when I filed for return they picked up the return but never update in their system I tried contacting them multiple times for pickup or to update the status of my already picked parcel but no action was taken so the end result was I neither get the product nor the refund which is totally wrong

I ordered 5 items but received only 1
I ordered 5 items but received only 1. Customer service said I had shared the OTP while receiving the order, but how was I supposed to know that only one item was being delivered? I assumed all 5 items were included. Now the full amount has been deducted from my account, even though I received only one item. Better communication and transparency are needed. Very disappointed with the service.

Returned three products, got refund of only one.
I purchased three products together. Returned three together. Pickup arranged all three seperate which was not notified in advance. Pickup person took all three dresses together without checking and informing or giving back rest of the two products. Got refund of it for just one. Wow!!! After that i raised multiple times that my refund is not there for another two products and they said we had received only one product for return. What a service.
I will say worst service and support ever.
