If I could rate this business -100 I would.
Purchased a one-off order of 3 packets of tanning gummies with delivery insurance at £38.98 on 4th April. Order eventually arrived last week.
Upon checking my bank account my card had been charged a further £64.51 on the 13th April and then yet again on the 17th of April for another £64.51!!
Contacted Savanna Skin via email yesterday and within six minutes of sending the email I received a long winded response email apologising (Generic) that they had a system error and it had reordered and my orders were on their way…. I haven’t placed any further orders, it was a one-off purchase and that it would cost me more to return the unwanted items through customs and that they don’t issue return labels but they will give me a discount!!!
Today, the 27th April I have received at least half a dozen emails from Savanna Skin offering several different discounts and with each response I have demanded that they return the £130 that they have fraudulently taken from my card.
Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this business.

I bought just one product from this company and I was signed up to a subscription without me knowing. Nowhere on their site does it mention about a subscription. I contacted them and they was trying to con me. They took 3 lots of money from me within less than a month. I told them I didn't want the subscription or anymore product, but they just kept sending me things. I had to threaten them before they cancelled my subscription. I informed the fraud people. Do not use this company

They have taken 2 extra payments from me even though I asked to be removed from their subscriptions

Do not order from this company ! After your first purchase they continue to take payments from your account & send more tanning gummy’s that you haven’t requested ! ..Plus the payments taken are double from the first initial payment when ordered first time around

Placed my original order. Two weeks later was charged 133.11 and told it’s because I wanted a subscription. I did Not! Three days later charged another 133.11. Tried for days to get ahold of someone but they will not answer promptly. Was told again I could get a reduced rate or they could cancel it and I would have to pay full price. After both of these charges I STILL haven’t received the product!!! This is a big SCAM!! Stay away!!

DO NOT ORDER! They keep charging your card for orders you did not make. Two orders within 2 days of each other. They keep telling me they can’t be returned and I haven’t recieved the orders. DO NOT ORDER IT IS A SCAM!

This company is a complete ripe off!! I have been charged twice within two days and numerous emails and nothing!!! They won’t respond to me or give me my money back!! Don’t order from them!!!!!

This is a scam!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT STOP TAKING MONEY AND THEY DONT SEND PRODUCT. I had to cancel my account to make it stop.

Absolutely disgusting. The fact that the product doesn’t work but they took $169 x 2 from my account within 4 days, after i cancelled the subscription & refuse to give me a refund as they state the product has been sent. Although they charged me twice & sent only one order?

If I could leave a review of less than one I would . Avoid this company at all costs . I had a one off purchase of one pack of gummies plus free gifts .I am now another £150 out of pocket as they continued to take full price payments , unauthorised out of my account . I am in negotiation with my bank , numerous bullshit replies to my emails from Savanna 🤬

Thieves, tie you into multiple orders and add things you haven’t ordered, complete scam artists

AVOID AVOID AVOID Dont even buy a thing from Savanna Skin. They are absolutely awful have never came across a company so bad they took £220 out my account in 9 days,this was after I bought a product the month before have send over 20+ emails to STOP they kept going so over £350 took out my account.they replied with 20% of my money back after all my emails AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE !!!! fuming is an understatement.I will continue to post reviews on every site possible to Warn people this is a joke and I don't understand why they are getting away with this social media should have has this took down as ita putting people into financial difficulty and suicidal with this debt they don't care.

What a scam! as soon as they get your credit card number they will not let go and charge you over and over again! They insisted i signed up for a subscription and i certainly did not (been with that once before). and when you insist that you be able to return the unasked for orders they refuse.

A one time purchase turned into this company charging my account three times. Company double charged me and I wanted a refund they said they would provide me a 30% partial refund and I refused, then they offered 50% and I refused and now they said their highest off is 70% partial refund. I have contacted the BBB and I will now have to work with my credit card company. I have also filed a company with the WY AG today.

Its a scam! Apparently you must tick a box when ordering to subscribe to further shipments, I did not tick anything, I've emailed numerous times to cancel any subscription, they reply, saying they can pause or holt any future deliveries, even though I've asked to cancel time and time again, so now I've had to cancel my bank card so no further payments leave my account

To all of you who have been ripped off by this company, act quickly!! I emailed and kept all correspondence refusing to accept what they have done with the continuous order at double the price without my consent. Block them with your bank, demand a refund and then tell them your bank will investigate fraudulent activity. I did get a full refund eventually but keep all evidence of dialogue for the bank.

Utter scam artists. Ordered a one off order, got charged 2 weeks later for a further order. Have emailed multiple times to request I do not want a subscription and please cancel and each time I get a bullshit email back asking if I want to delay it or have a special reduced offer yet no one seems willing to just do as I’ve asked and cancel any future orders. I wonder why - oh could it be because they want to stretch it longer to try and steal more of my money wi th out consent. Avoid this company at all costs! 😤

Savanna Skin didn't reply to any of my emails but I was able to get my money card via my bank and they also cancelled my credit card. I then sent Savanna this email. I advise anyone in the UK to do the same.

If you wish to arrange collection, this must be done at your own expense and at a mutually convenient time. Otherwise, I will treat the goods as unsolicited and dispose of them as I see fit after a reasonable period.

Furthermore, I request that you:

• Cease all contact demanding payment.
• Remove my personal details from your records in accordance with data protection laws.

Any continued demands for payment or misleading claims may be reported to Trading Standards and other relevant authorities.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolute scamming company. After 3 unauthorised charges to my card, I had to cancel the card to stop any other fraudulent charges. I never signed up for a subscription. Initially after contacting the company to stop any further transactions which I was assured had been cancelled, I had another $170+ charge to my card. I’m now getting legal advise, I which I had read all the other negative reviews instead of the 2 glowing ones on their website. Absolute joke. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! Appalling
