Utter scam . I have blocked payments and cancelled my card . Contacted Kayla many times who assured me subscription cancelled . I didn’t even agree to a subscription .
Do not order from this fraudulent company .

Don’t bother. Sham of a company. Should have read all the reviews before i purchased. Do not get caught up with this company.
Money will just keep coming out of your bank until you get out of the hidden subscription. Emailed 3 times one reply. Had to get bank involved.

Thus Chinese company is a scam. First they subscribe me which I didn’t do .. I’ve sent emails and they have sent me emails the subscription was cancelled and it was a glitch. In the meantime they keep charging my Apple Pay and keeping sending these toxic gummies to me. Apple Pay is investigating their charges thru have removed 3 so far! We need to stop buying Chinese garbage! I’m closing my account so they can’t keep charging me.

This company will keep charging your account over and over and then offer you a 30% refund. Their product does nothing at all. You can just go buy some gummy bears and have the same result and a lot less headache!

Zero Stars. I made a one time purchase and they have since charged me 3 times, each time I have told them to cancel and there is some excuse like order already shipped or technological synching glitch. I am reporting to FTC fraud site.

Placed my original order for the tanning Gummies to see if they really worked & it came with freebies that I've never used, and did not realize that it was an autoship! Instead of the $48 for first order, now I'm charged $146.14 for the tanning Gummies & the freebies!! WHAT??! I contacted Savannah Skin immediately & was told they would cancel the order & issue me a refund as they are a NEW company & have done neither!! I was sent an email of the shipping company (& of course it's international 😡), I contacted multiple times since & now they are not responding at all. So I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. They told me this was a fraudulent business!!! SO DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

What a fake company! They need to be taken to the better Business bureau. I bought one pack I ended up with four they charged me $96 I try to get a refund on the three I can't get any response I'm going to stop payment for anything else cuz they are not reputable company

Total utter scam & disgraceful company . Goods never arrive & they just keep taking money from your account . Had to block my bank card & report them to Police / Trading standards . Total utter scam & rip off

This company should not be allowed to sell products I ordered the gummies buy one get one free only received I packet they made we fell unwell only paid £19.95 then they have taken 3 more payments of £46-02 I have reported it to my credit card company disgusting do not give them your information customer service support is a joke

After the first order came I contacted the company and asked them to cancel my subscription. They have now taken three payments of £90.78 this month. I have managed to block any further payments from my bank account. These people should be closed down. Hoping, but not expecting, to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company. I have had to cancel my card and sent a request to my bank to stop allowing them to keep charging me £94! It’s happened 3 times, Kayla comes back with some AI generated rubbish. Absolute con.

My original order totalled £34.96, yet this company has charged my credit card twice for £53.72—once on 13 April and again on 16 April. These charges are completely unauthorised and far exceed the amount I agreed to pay.

I would have continued buying from them, but after seeing these unexplained transactions, I no longer trust this company. To make matters worse, the website link provided with proof of order is not working. I had to contact my bank to get their contact details and no one responds!

After reading other reviews and seeing similar complaints from customers, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

Avoid this company, they appear to be scamming customers.

I ordered the product on 27th March only to find it had been ordered again on 13th April on a subscription basis which I didn't have any part in. I wouldn't want this on a subscription basis and certainly didn't authorise it. I am currently going to block this with my bank!

Do not buy anything from this website as it is impossible to cancel subscription and they keep on sending additional products I haven't even selected and charge me for that as well.
I have to stop my card to cancel subscriptions.
Very poor customer service!

The worst product I have EVER had. I have tried to cancel it and have emailed Kayla(not sure if she exists) but to no avail. I have now had to stop it at the bank after they have taken around £150 from my account. A total scam and how Instagram allows people like this to operate shows a disregard for their users.

They didn't just charge me £93 , they charged me for items I knew nothing about. I wrote to them to say I had not subscribed or ordered any of this stuff. They said it was an error, and would refund me. What did they do ? they charged me £93 again instead

1* is too generous for this company. 2 payments in a week have been taken and my bank have had to refund for me. This company is a massive scam the address on products are cheap fakes without the brand name on. The gummies do not work . And well customer service is pretty much none existent. Once you buy from them they automatically resend within 2 weeks. Please please dont buy from this company.

Absolutely awful company. I did not receive the order and they refused to provide a refund or replacement and tried to take more monies out of bank account!

I'm having a nightmare with this company just reading over the reviews and same issue happening to me. I did not sign up for any subscription next thing they keep sending orders out and deducting my card absolute scammers. Kayla assures me card is cancelled and then it happens again.

DO NOT purchase from this website! It’s a scam! If I could give 0 score I would. The order I made I had to wait a month for and constantly had to contact them to see where it was and it was a one off purchase and they put me on a subscription service WITHOUT my knowledge which I DID NOT sign up for and then took over double off my credit card than the first time and I am now £80 down and had no products sent to me I am now in a battle to try and get my money back.
