I'm having a nightmare with this company just reading over the reviews and same issue happening to me. I did not sign up for any subscription next thing they keep sending orders out and deducting my card absolute scammers. Kayla assures me card is cancelled and then it happens again.

DO NOT purchase from this website! It’s a scam! If I could give 0 score I would. The order I made I had to wait a month for and constantly had to contact them to see where it was and it was a one off purchase and they put me on a subscription service WITHOUT my knowledge which I DID NOT sign up for and then took over double off my credit card than the first time and I am now £80 down and had no products sent to me I am now in a battle to try and get my money back.

This company , if you can call it that is a disgrace . They are fraudulent scammers who should be held to account . They have taken over £80 from my account , like others here , saying you have signed up for a subscription which I hadn’t . They have since then proceeded to send me absolutely nothing except e mails to say it’s on its way and when you click the tracking number it doesn’t exist . If you e mail you get a reply from someone supposedly called Kayla saying the same thing , it’s on the way and ignoring any requests for money to be refunded . DONT GO THERE is my advice . I only gave the 1 star because I can’t give none .

I would give no stars if I could,absolute disgrace this company is! They have now taken out another £91.76 out of my account. I contact Kayla & she comes up with excuses such as technical issues & offers discounts to keep items & she promises that she has cancelled my subscription (which I didn’t ask for). What a terrible company,don’t buy from them

Placed order on 3/28/2026 and still haven't received it yet. Tried to track my order but it says the package doesn't exist. In the meantime, they charged my credit card for another order. I tried twice to cancel the order before it shipped. They told me by email it had already left their building a couple of days later. Don't order this product from this company. It's a nightmare!

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company.

I placed a single order and then was charged multiple times without authorisation. I had not signed up for any subscription (or at least it was not made clear), and I was charged again before even receiving my first order.

When I contacted customer service, I was given inconsistent explanations (first a “system error,” then a “refill program”) and was only offered partial refunds, despite clearly stating the charges were unauthorised. They also ignored one of my emails about an additional charge.

At that point, it became clear that trying to resolve this directly with the company was not effective.

The only way I was able to fix the situation was to:
• Cancel my debit card immediately
• Lodge a dispute with my bank

My bank investigated and refunded all unauthorised transactions in full.

My advice: if this happens to you, don’t waste time going back and forth — go straight to your bank and raise a dispute.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

MASSIVE SCAM COMPANY
Got my first delivery, never agreed to subscriptions they took another £90 out of my bank.
KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMING VERMIN.

Well… where to start! Ordered these gummies as they were a special offer. Little did I know that this so called company subscribe you to an unwanted subscription and that’s where the nightmare begins!! I tried on numerous occasions to cancel this subscription but you have to get a link from Savanna Skin first. I finally got confirmation that it’s cancelled but still money has constantly come out from my account on random days (not even on a monthly basis) I’ve got my bank involved now and a refund was issued by the company but within 2 hours yet another order was showing as pending!! On Shop it still shows that I have a subscription and again try to get a link. It’s now showing that this company is updating its website… honestly stay away … well away!!

If I could give this company a minus review, I would. TOTAL SCAM! I’ve had to cancel my debit card, as they have just taken £108 out for unauthorised payment. Emails returned, as their mail box is full. DO NOT BUY!!

Still have not received my first order but my second order has already shipped. I can no longer track my order and my emails are suddenly being kicked back as undelivered. This is a scam! Do not order

They charged me three times in 17 days. Did not receive any product. Customer service does not help. The number is not in service. It is not possible to cancel. Then said my address was not a real address.

They say 8-10 days for delivery, it took over a month to receive my package... and to add insult to injury before even getting my initial order they charged my visa $173.00 for the following order that I never signed up for!!!!!! When I wrote them about this directly after receiving the bank n notification after conversing conversing with them every few days about the order being so late( without fail) i would get am email mail saying there was a email delivery failure notification. This was a headache.
.. i do not suggest buying this product! I would run from this company

They said I had signed up to a subscription which I did not they told me to go online and unsubscribe which I did the sent confirmation they then took more money from my account they then said the cancellation had not gone through try again they took more money
I unsubscribed again they took more money
It’s now with the banks fraud department

Don’t buy from this company. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They get you into a subscription which I didn’t sign up for and then automatically start taking all this money out of your account. They now will not accept any of my emails. They’ve blocked me. All I wanna do is send back this product that I won’t ever use and they tell me they’re a young company and they really don’t have capacity to take return products. What the heck is that then you’re not a real company I’m going through my bank to help me deal with them and all these false charges. Good luck to you if you decide to order from them.

I originally bought 2 packs of tanning gummies for £34.96, which was a one-time purchase I authorized. However, since then, Savanna Skin has continued to take money out of my bank account without my consent or knowledge. I never agreed to a subscription or recurring payments.

I have had to contact my bank to stop these unauthorized transactions. There is no clear phone number or address provided to resolve this. Be very careful when ordering from this company, as they may take more money than you agreed to. I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

First off the original order took a month and a half to arrive. I emailed Kayla to pause reordering for 90 days. She said it was done. Of course they charged me $128 the week I received the first order. I've been battling them ever since and the main thing, THEY DON'T WORK!!!

I signed up for the promotional stater. This turned out to be a BIG mistake. Three payments of £45.78 has been taken from my account, After the first payment I sent an email requesting to cancel. They informed me it was too late to cancel the this next shipment. 2 more payments have been taken and no more products have been delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
