I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of service, absolutely brillliant!

It was a very pleasant experience, as I am almost useless in most IT areas it was extremely helpful to me. It streamlines the whole process because if i was left on my own i would be busy for another week trying to figure it out. I had Edward assisting me. He is very friendly and helpful. If this is the bar that they hold for staff I am 100% sure they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Joe has gone out of his way to solve my problem, in spite of the fact that I have ordered the wrong Visio for my Windows platform. I was desperate to complete my purchase because I have no internet at my place of work, therefore it was crucial that I could install Visio 2016 with an annual license.

Ordered a Ryzen 5 2600x on a boxing day sale only to have to chase them up a week later to find out they don't actually have it. Instead they offered a refund or the 2600 version for the same price... Ended up loosing over 100$ because I trusted them to be reliable.

5 stars for Edwardangelodedios. His help was greatly appreciated. Word kept opening whenever the computer was turned on. I did not want it to open automatically so I contacted support. Edward opened a screen swap with me and carefully went over all possible problem areas and within a reasonably short time and he was able to fix the problem. To test it I had to restart the computer. When the computer opened Word did not! I recontacted Edward via ZOHO and Edward reset the Word logo on the dock. I truly appreciate the support and all that I learned from the experience.
