managed to get a fairly expensive piece of software for a very reasonable price, had some concerns as the email containing the product key and download link took a couple of mins to arrive. The support staff were responsive and professional.

I was hesitant to order this program on-line with the fear of downloading myself and no disk to work off. Contacted the company with I did not receive my Product Key and was given "Joe" a technician for SoftwareKeep. He immediately got to work by asking permission to enter my computer, take over and do all the downloading/.install of the program. I was Thrilled!!! Mark was a huge help! I was honestly lost on the installation process and he quickly and professionally got me all set up and ready to go. Loved their customer service.

I got such a great deal on my software and to add...I had some admin issues and had to log a support call and it was resolved within 15 minutes! EXCELLENT service!!

Purchased some Antivirus but they never came through with the registration keys.
I chased up to be greeted with a generic "A refund will be processed within 24-48 hours" because they ran out of the keys.
A week later and still no refund! I paid via PayPal so when a refund is issued there is instantaneous notification (i.e. the seller can't hide behind excuses such as "will be in the bank within 3-5 days")
Have raised a case with PayPal.
In this day and age there is no excuse for not issuing immediate refunds for out of stock product if requested by the buyer.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Leo did a good job helping me. I.m not too good in downloading programs int the computer like you did. I can do small projects but not big. I usually ask my sons but they are busy with working and their own families. I hope I can do what has to be done now. Thank you
