I was struggling with my choice of MSoffice as I knew exactly what I wanted from it and didn't care for or needed some new features. Emir was extremely helpful and informative and I was able to make my choice with much more confidence. He explained everything I needed to know, what I could have from each and what worked better with what I wanted/needed, he was fast and very courteous. I made my choice and feel confident about it know that I understand things .Thank you Emir!

I had some difficulty w the Office download, and was dreading to call support but fortunately you have people like Ray Bryan, who is very good w what he does, and w his calm zen-like demeanor, helped guide me through the entire process stress-free. He even made sure there are no artifacts from 365 left in my system. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong version of MO. Before I succumbed to full-on panic, Joe kindly stepped in and arranged it so I could get a refund and put that money toward the right version. He was quick, kind and competent and I'm so glad he was able to help me.

Joe helped me well and quickly through the chat. I accidentally purchased the wrong version and they are now working on a refund. My entire mailbox is full of emails, many of them are superfluous, making it difficult to see which ones I do and don't need.

I had Carl for a customer service rep. I will tell you right now I would steal/hire that guy away from you in a heartbeat. He was patient, helpful, and went well beyond the the call to help me. Great Customer Service Rep for you guys to have.
