I worked with Eric to install my Microsoft package, which was complicated, AND I am a challenged person when it come to computers and all devices. Eric was at all times exceptionally patient and courteous even when I became impatient and irritable a few times. He spent 2 hours to take me through every step to install the package on my Mac. I can't thank him enough for his expertise, knowledge of computers, Macs, and the success of installation. And did I mention his genuine caring and patience? He definitely deserves a big bonus for working with me and figuring out the quirks and problems!! Excellent service person!

Since I have upgraded my harddisk to ssd.I couldnt reinstal the ms office.So I have contacted the customer care and Jesus the have solved it.

I purchase a digital Microsoft Office product and their was an issue with the product key. I spoke with Anne on the chat and we identified the problem very quickly. Anne quickly issued a second key without fuss. I downloaded the product with no further issues and now currently using it. Problems do arise but if resolved efficiently make all the difference to my experience and I would be confident to purchase again from saveonit. Be safe.

Hi, was assisted by Joe after I botched my installation of Office 2019. He was very helpful and considerate especially since I think I acted like an idiot. His patience and taking control of the situation can only be commented. I think he does a very good job in calming his customers to be able to deliver the best service.
