My 80 year old mother purchased a mop last year, and agreed to sign up for this account. She had no idea what she was signing up to, nor that it would be a monthly payment of £29.99. Whilst the decision was hers, she is a vulnerable adult and the sales tactic this company is deplorable. No offer of a refund was made when cancelling this subscription.

Do not buy anything from vyta living , my mother (93yrs old) was fooled into buying a subscription for £29.99 a month , she had £120 taken before I knew she was paying it , I rung company and they only could say ‘we did every Correctly’ no sympathy that my mother is not tech savvy or understands that she was paying for something which she has not even used , and now cannot because the account is closed so a pensioner has just lost £120 of her meagre income because she was in pain . What a disgusting, disgraceful company , not even an offer of a partial refund as do some other companies, they have take £120 from an old lady who received nothing for it , appalling service , do not buy from them . And who is savers city???? Another company they passed her details into??? Customer service is good if you’re buying something otherwise money grabbing thieves
