Stupidly Frustrating - Avoid
Ordered power cable for MacBook air, sent me the wrong one four weeks late and won't deal with sending me the right one or refunding my money. Like other reviews, seems like a complete scam company. Their customer service response was, "we've sent this cord to others and there has been no problem" the literally sent me a cord that doesn't fit into the charger port, I even sent them photos. How hard is it to send the right cord and a mailer for the return like a normal place? Tough when your not legit.

Ordered a charge cord that was listed…
Ordered a charge cord that was listed as "new", and with all the parts (like the plug that attaches to the adapter). Cord came used and without the plug attachment. Going through the headache of trying to get refunded, sending back their bogus cord, and now the thievery of them telling me they're not going to refund me in whole, and are going to charge me for the shipping and restocking. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Order a power adapter for a brother…
Order a power adapter for a brother pt-2200 label maker. Received product in record time, but product did not work. The adapter shows power, but would not power up the label maker.
Rip-off company, not worth shipping the product back, would cost the same as the product.

Worst experience - pictured a power supply I needed - mailed me a different one. Wouldn't refund my money and argued with me that it would work. Amex refunded. This person is a scam dummy. Recommend to stay away.
