Polite and efficient

Sunny and Lee were polite and efficient. I went in at 9am and roughly 1pm I had driven my brand new car out of the showroom. An easy buying experince.

Just brought a Range Rover from…

Just brought a Range Rover from Saxtons. Our introduction to this company started with a personal video of the car we were interested in, which was prepared and sent by William.

We were delighted with the excellent care and service we received from Viktor, which helped seal the deal! He was considerate, thoughtful and very professional with nothing being too much trouble. He looked after us from the initial viewing, through to test drive and purchase. Thank you!

I came to see some cars a week ago and Sunny helped me view some Range Rovers, that I had seen on your website. Sunny was excellent and very professional. He has lots of knowledge about cars and really helped me. I bought a car on the day and collected this a few days later. He is truly a asset for your organisation. Thanks Sunny 😁

Great vibe in the dealership and great display of cars. Staff were friendly. Waited a while for someone to attend to me but it was particularly busy that day. Found the car that I wanted and we wrapped everything up very swiftly and efficiently.

Absolutely amazing Baylee went above…

Absolutely amazing Baylee went above and beyond. Best sales man Iv ever dealt with. Sunny was great with test drive. Lee also great with finance and handover. Excellent experience highly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed with the…

I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales experience from Saxton.

I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to have been fully serviced prior to handover. However, shortly after receiving the car, I started experiencing issues — most notably, the AC is not working at all.

To get clarity, I took the car to an official Porsche service centre, where they ran diagnostics and identified 40+ errors on the system. This was honestly shocking for a car that had just been “serviced” and was presented as having no mechanical or electrical issues.

This raises serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the pre-delivery checks carried out by Saxton.

What has made the situation more frustrating is the lack of urgency and support from the after-sales team. Given the number of issues and the condition of the car, I expected a much more proactive and customer-focused response. They just ignore my emails - I had to follow up with calls

At this point, my confidence in Saxton has been significantly impacted. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their vehicle preparation standards and after sales support

Third time lucky

They had a lot of luxury cars at competitive prices very well presented at point of sale. The stock seems to move fast as on two occasions I thought I had reserved a vehicle ( on the second I had actually placed a deposit with the company) only to have the car sold to someone else!Eventually I bought a vehicle and am happy with the purchase. The staff were very personable although there was a lot of waiting around sometimes unnecessarily.
