Excellent service and experience

Bought a used Range Rover Evoque last week from Saxtons. They had a wide range of quality used vehicles in stock. We booked an appointment with Brett Roberts who was excellent in terms of his knowledge and communication. Ensured we understood the detail of the car. I was impressed with professional approach of everyone we came into contact with. Very satisfied with my experience.

I’ll put my review back up as saxtons…

I’ll put my review back up as saxtons had the last one taken down! They only jump to help you once you leave a bad review. Unfortunately there is a lack of genuine care for there customers. Instead of negotiating reasonably with me they contact trust pilot to have the review removed. I will never purchase a car here again but there not bothered about that they just want to keep the reviews clean!

Amazing service

POOR CUSTOMER CARE

Two of our directors attended the pre‑arranged appointment at 11:00am on 6th March 2026 to view vehicle SD72 CKV. After travelling for an hour and a half, we arrived at Saxtons to find that the vehicle had not been prepared for viewing. It was parked several cars deep at the back of the front parking area, and when your engineer attempted to move vehicles to access it, the car was found to have a flat battery.
Given that this was a pre‑booked appointment, the vehicle should have been made ready in advance for inspection. Instead, after considerable time spent jump‑starting the car and manoeuvring other vehicles, we were finally able to take it for a test drive.
During subsequent discussions, your salesman left the table mid‑negotiation to speak with another customer, without any explanation. This came across as discourteous and unprofessional.
Communication from Saxtons has also been disappointing, with emails and follow‑up calls receiving little or no response. It feels as though customer care has slipped, perhaps as a result of the company’s growth, which is a real shame.
We would appreciate clarification on how these issues will be addressed, as our experience on this occasion fell well below the standard we expected.
Therefore we can not recommend Saxtons at this time.

Polite and efficient

Sunny and Lee were polite and efficient. I went in at 9am and roughly 1pm I had driven my brand new car out of the showroom. An easy buying experince.

Just brought a Range Rover from…

Just brought a Range Rover from Saxtons. Our introduction to this company started with a personal video of the car we were interested in, which was prepared and sent by William.

We were delighted with the excellent care and service we received from Viktor, which helped seal the deal! He was considerate, thoughtful and very professional with nothing being too much trouble. He looked after us from the initial viewing, through to test drive and purchase. Thank you!

I came to see some cars a week ago and Sunny helped me view some Range Rovers, that I had seen on your website. Sunny was excellent and very professional. He has lots of knowledge about cars and really helped me. I bought a car on the day and collected this a few days later. He is truly a asset for your organisation. Thanks Sunny 😁

Great vibe in the dealership and great display of cars. Staff were friendly. Waited a while for someone to attend to me but it was particularly busy that day. Found the car that I wanted and we wrapped everything up very swiftly and efficiently.

Absolutely amazing Baylee went above…

Absolutely amazing Baylee went above and beyond. Best sales man Iv ever dealt with. Sunny was great with test drive. Lee also great with finance and handover. Excellent experience highly recommend.
