Definitely no

Definitely no! The shoes are OK-ish. Nice and pretty. However the customer service is just a disaster. I bought a two pairs of shoes, none of them comfy for me so I decided to make a return. The return process is usually very simple. Not for SAYE brand. It is now more than a week and I have no shipping instructions, nothing just empty words. I spent a week chatting via email with their customer care whith no clear instructions. It is both frustrating and time-consuming. I do not even know if I ever get my money back. I very much regret the purchase.

Saye is my favorite brand for colorful, stylish, and comfortable vegan shoes. Ecologically made in Portugal. Fast delivery and many different styles to choose from. I'm ready to order a new pair for spring! 🍀🌷❤️

At last...

I have been searching for a vegan sneaker of this quality with this much style for quite some time. I was so impressed with the entire experience: the ease of ordering, the quick delivery, the packaging and, most importantly, the sneaker. I ordered two pair of M70's and have three more in my cart now - including a 2nd pair of pink.

My foot runs slightly wide, but I had no trouble with the fit in my normal European size. (I am a 9 in U.S. sizing and ordered a 40.)

Poor quality

The Modelo 89s I bought looked really good for a few months, and I looked after them really well, but the quality of the upper wasn’t there as it started to crack and split after 6 months. 9 months later they look awful, and that’s just after weekend wear, nothing heavy. Won’t be buying them again.

Already my third sneaker order! Saye is fairly produced. Which is very important for me. SAYE works with suppliers who respect their workers, improve their living conditions and offer them a good working environment in Portugal.

It is quality and love their design!

Broken Shoes, Spam via Newsletter

I've ordered shoes from them many years ago and they were already damaged when they arrived.

Since then I'm receiving their newsletter over and over. Somehow their unsubscription button seems not to be working.

December purchase didn't arrive until February....

Wife bought a pair of shoes as a gift for Christmas. After a dozen emails with their customer service team, the shoes ended up arriving in the middle of February. Unfortunately they didn't fit, and they wouldn't pay for shipping to send the shoes back. Would not purchase from this company.

Terrible customer service

I ordered two pairs of trainers at the end of January and they weren't shipped till 2 days ago - I was emailed saying they'd be dispatched within 48 hours of payment, and when 2 weeks had gone by I emailed Saye's customer care several times before I receiced an answer. When their email reply finally came through 2 weeks later, they simply said there had been "a hiccup" with my order with no other update or new dispatch date - bearing in mind a month had gone by, £200 of my money had been taken and I had no order to show for it. I emailed again several times asking for an update, with no answer - I then asked for a refund and then again received no response. At the start of March I raised a complaint within the Shopify app through which I'd been tracking my order - only then was my order dispatched. The trainers came 2 days later and I can't say I'm overly impressed by their quality considering their price - there's dried glue on one of the pairs from where the different parts of the trainers have been attached together and there are loose threads on the other. At least they are comfortable. I wouldn't even want to try to return them considering how unhelpful the customer care has been - in spite of the 8 emails I sent asking for help, I only received 1 response simply saying there had been "a hiccup". Wouldn't recommend ordering from this site - best to buy in stores like Schuh or Office.

I love my Shoes

I bought my first 89 sneakers 3 years ago, wear them practically everyday and they still look good. I simply love them and I can't agree to the comments on quality, mine are still ok, for 3y old sneakers which I wear so often.
I bought 2 new pairs on the weekend, picked the wrong size for one, wrote them and got immediate feedback that they are changing my order to the correct size. Thank you for wonderful shoes and great service and especially for giving us shoes that are enviroment friendly and look good at the same time.

Perfect Vegan Hightops!

Apart from being slightly on the narrow side, these are perfect. The colours are strong, and the quality is great. So far the vegan leather is wearing really beautifully too. Very happy with my purchase.
