SBALoanProgram.com is a great company to work with. I was very skeptical and was very close to blowing them off when they first offered to help us. They did an excellent job for us, and in 22 days we had our loan approved and funded. We had tried to shop our loan proposal to over eight different banks they all said no. No one took the time to understand our business untell we meet sbaloanprogram.com. Thanks to everyone that helped us!!!

As long as you get your documents to them quickly, the process is fairly quick & easy. It was about 8 weeks total for my loan to go through.
The downside is that there are significant fees from their brokerage which is normal, but it is important that the borrower understand them in advance. Another odd thing that happened at my closing is that my loan came back for $50K vs the $100K that I was told I was approved for. Even the closing loan officer didn't know that this had happened. I had to reach out to him to ask him what was up. While I realize it is totally based on factors related to my viability, I think this should have been disclosed much earlier in the process for my business planning purposes.

The SBALoanProgram.com is an excellent program. Although they were not able to fund our company at this time, the process was streamlined, and the staff were more than helpful to get us through getting all of the information submitted. They do ask for a fee when paperwork is submitted – never fear though, we were reimbursed the fee when our loan was declined. There was NO RISK whatsoever! You just do not find businesses which run with such ethics these days! They also did explain why we were declined so that we could work on the issues and we will be re-applying with them as soon as we get the issues corrected. I personally work as a small business consultant and would highly recommend SBALoanProgram.com!

This is the only place you should go to get your SBA loan. Professional and very easy to work with. They provide a simple checklist of items you need to complete the process. If you are organized and have all documents readily available, this should take you just a few hours to turnaround to them.
