All personnel were courteous and very professional. This loan took no time at all, once I provided the documentation required. I was very pleased with how easy it was to get all of this taken care of.

This is the most professional group of financial people we have ever encountered in our business career. The entire process was quick, very easy and without bureaucratic red tape. Everyone was diligent at every step of the process. We had access to everyone involved to answer every question we had. In fact, we enjoyed access to the entire staff, with multiple replies to all Emails we sent. We felt secure we were dealing with experienced experts in their field. We were comfortable with the staff during the entire process. Everyone kept us focused and completely informed.

I was very wary when I was first solicited to apply for this loan, but I'm glad I followed through with it. I had to submit a lot of documents and it took around three weeks to be funded. Overall I am very happy with the entire process and the end result.

Very sharp and prompt service

I am a veterinarian in Florida and a sole practitioner. About 5 years ago I had a clinic fire that forced me to move and basically start over. I have struggled tremendously over the years to a point last year where I thought I was going to lose everything I worked so hard for. Then I answered the phone one day, which I usually never do, and it was Laura McKee from John and Richard Ponte's office. From then on it was like I was wrapped up in angels' arms! Over the past year they and their staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get me the funding, at rates I can afford, and allow me to catch up with some debts and keep some working capital for the slow season. They are so very understanding of the frustrations of a small business owner and even when I would lose my cool, they kept theirs. I owe everything to Richard and John Ponte and their staff for saving my business! I honestly don't know what I would do without them! They have left such a great mark on my life I feel I have friends forever! I would tell thr whole word to let them do the same for you!
