We purchased an alternator for our 5.9 Cummings marine engine nine months ago. We installed it approximately four months ago and we had an issue with the charger after approximately two months of travel, called the folks and explained our situation. They did not hesitate had us do a simple test. And after the test said they would drop a brand new one in FedEx. The FedEx package arrived a couple days ago we installed the alternator and everything works fine. Cannot ask for any better service than that. Thank you guys you rock.

SBMAR are awesome. I cannot recommend this team of people highly enough. I ordered a QSC gear/fuel cooler on Monday lunchtime in Sydney Australia and I had it sitting in my desk by Friday morning that week. Great range of parts and seemless transaction. AWESOME service guys. Keep on rocking!

Marco made a complicated international order out their office LA, by me in Perth Australia delivered to an address in Miami for my 2-day pickup window. On the plane now to pick it up. All I can say is WOW! Marco helped me put together a raw water side order for my Cummins QSC in short order. He cross-referenced serial numbers and pictures to make sure I got the right parts the first time. His communication was quick and excellent. Seaboard has earned another customer for life.

I had an issue ordering on the website.
Apparently larger value orders can no longer use credit cards.
I emailed Marco and he responded very quickly(I am in Australia so it took a day).
Marco arranged for my order to be invoiced and I transferred funds.
Next day goods were despatched via UPS, very good service.
UPS say I should receive my order in a week.
Order arrived all correct. Took 12 days to Australia.

This Guys at SBMAR , are the best. When it comes to Cummins , they own the book !!! Help is so quickly that your issue will be resolved ASAP !!
