En quelques années, Scandinavia design a beaucoup grandi et nous sommes fiers, aujourd'hui, d'être parmi les principaux revendeurs de marques aussi prestigieuses que Marimekko, Fritz Hansen, Carl Hansen, Louis Poulsen, Vitra, Artek, String Furniture, Hay et Muuto, pour n'en citer que quelques unes. Notre showroom, installé dans un ancien Prieuré des XV-XVIIème siècles, entre Angers (1h30 de Paris par TGV) et Saumur, est ouvert sur rendez-vous. Nice selection of products, logistics can be improved
The product I purchased -an element of the String bookshelf- is great and was delivered in very good conditions. The shop offers is at a competitive pricing. The reason for three stars is that after making the payment, the shipment is not processed directly but the customer receives an email where they need to confirm it's ok to send and the address is correct. This process does add a bit of human touch (Sylvie from logistics is very kind), but also causes unnecessary delay in receiving the goods.

Disappointing customer service after wrong delivery
I ordered mugs in February and received the wrong color. Scandinavia Design acknowledged the mistake and promised to send the correct ones in April but never did. After several follow-ups, they said they were waiting for stock and would update me but then stopped responding altogether. Despite three more follow-ups over the past few months, I received no reply. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We are truly sorry for the situation - which is as frustrating for you as for us.
As we communicated to you earlier, there as been a change in the pink colours and we received the light pink ones instead of the darker ones without knowing it. They were shipped to you as a mistake and we are sorry for this.
We were supposed to receive the dark pink ones later too.
The distribution of Iittala has changed this Spring and the communication has been quite complex with many changes which made it complicated for us to inform about the lead times.
In the end you are the one impacted by this and we are sorry.
After contacting Iittala many times, we finally got the information that the dark pink ones will not be restocked at all and they do not have any left.
We are sincerely sorry for this exceptional situation beyond our control.
We will contact you through email with an offer to compensate and hope that we will regain your trust.
