I recently made an online purchase in the UK for homeware items from Scandinavia Design online store. While I was initially informed that delivery to the UK would take about five working days, I later learned it might take longer for some items that were not in stock, which was a concern as I would be leaving the UK in mid-July.

Upon reaching out to your customer service, Clara responded promptly and thoroughly. She identified that two of the items would take over three weeks to deliver and suggested canceling them, which was an excellent solution. Clara efficiently arranged the shipment of the remaining items and processed the refund for the canceled ones. She even proactively provided updates via email, as I couldn't find the tracking details in my online account.

When the shipped items were delayed in customs, Clara again proved invaluable by advising me to contact the delivery company and be patient with the process. Thanks to her guidance, I managed to pay the necessary customs fees and received the items just before my departure. Additionally, I was impressed with the professional packaging; all items, including fragile ones, arrived in perfect condition.

I have ordered a number of products from Scandinavia Design. They are a trusted supplier of authentic home furniture (Carl Hansen, Vitra, etc) and hard to beat for price and service for top brands. Their communication is always clear and accurate in terms of delivery timelines. I have had only one issue with a damaged delivery and they resolved this in a timely and satisfactory way. I always got quick replies to my queries and was kept up to date with the progress.

I’ve ordered a bag of Marimekko, but it came yesterday with some factory defects on the strap and with part of it that it’s unstitched, so it’s impossible to use it.
Today I checked on the website and it’s written that I have to complain within 24 hours to tell about the defects. There is no form to fill to do the complain so I wrote to all the adresses that appeared on their website to explain the problem and I’ve sent the photos of the bag. I hope to receive an answer and to solve the problem with a change of the bag of a refound.
For the moment nobody answered my emails.

One of the best websites for home decor. The selection of brands and products is excellent!! They also provided us with good advice on choosing the right size for our ceiling lamps. They were very understanding with us because our apartment was under renovation and they stored our purchases ( we had a huge delay). They are always fast and kind . Thanks
