Scarflings – Scarves for Superheroes Reviews 

I am a repeat customer and ordered two scarfs a few weeks ago. I received one of the two scarfs, and have called and emailed customer support several times to inquire about the 2nd scarf. I talked with a live person twice, they said they would get back to me, still no response. Their scarfs are pretty, but not worth paying for something I never received and bad customer service. Hoping that a bad review will prompt someone to respond. Next step: request a refund from my credit card company.

I get email invitation from this brand for about two times for collaboration. I signed contract with them and then they said that we had mistaken you with other influencer after successfully completing contract. Just wasted my time and this is how I was treated. Very bad experience. Thank you

I still have not received my refund from September. I will not give up. You owe me 150.00. All the hundreds of the positive reviews are ones they posted. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I am just warning people you will never get your money back.

I first have to say my first scarf is gorgeous! The presentation box is a really nice surprise. I’m waiting on the 2nd scarf. Since they are shipped from outside the USA, it took a while but is worth it. Email response communication was quick and very pleasant. I will consider to buy more. They are just too beautiful.

My best friend loved it, got it for her as a Christmas gift. She loved the color and how big & soft it was. Great quality and lots of colors to choose from.

This is an update to a prior post where I said I had great customer service. Since then (Dec 4), I have emailed 3-4x, attempted to call 3-4x (busy signal), and reached out to their website. Have gotten no response and no followup that they sent a replacement scarf. Really poor service and I am out a scarf.

Scarflings is a wonderful company with beautiful merchandise. The company has the values and customer service that make a company great. The scarves I have purchased are beautiful. I am giving several as Christmas gifts to special women in my life.

I ordered a scarf on Sept. 26 and paid extra for expedited two-day delivery. This was after I read the site’s “about us” page which stated the headquarters is in Vancouver, BC. It is now Oct. 23, and I finally received a tracking number which revealed that my order has not yet been picked up at the manufacturing facility in Zhangzou, CHINA! I believe the website deliberately misleads shoppers. Had I known the merchandise was made in China, I would never have ordered for the simple reason that shipping across the globe takes forever. Now I hope what was ordered as a birthday present will at least arrive in time for Christmas. Dishonest company.

I love this site, and am in the process of ordering my fifth scarf! I obviously love them, they truly make an outfit! From the gorgeous packaging to the scarves themselves, to the stellar service, I can’t recommend them strongly enough!

While the scarves on this website seemed pricy when I first found them, I ordered one anyway. It took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, but I am VERY pleased. The colors are more vibrant than I expected and the quality of the silk to the touch is of high quality. Good decision!!

Today, I received my cashmere, gray shawl. I eagerly opened the well-packaged box to find a soft, luxurious quality shawl. I am picky, even when it comes to cashmere, because sometimes the quality of cashmere is questionable, but definitely not in this case. I was surprised to see that the fringes were of soft leather, not fabric. Looks elegant, rich, and will last many years. Thank you for sending an excellent quality product. Thank you to the goats, too.

I am a big scarf person and was looking for high quality twillies. I happened onto the Scarflings site. The twillies were longer and looked good on the models wearing them. The marketing on the site gave the impression of an up and coming Canadian company based in Vancouver and I like to engage with such local companies. However, nowhere on the site does it mention where the twillies are made and that is in China. I received my twilly and delivery process was OK, except that the colors did not look good on me. OK, fair enough, time to return this. The customer service took a day to decide whether to accept the return and anawered in the affirmative and also offered me the opportunity as a one time experience to keep the scarf at a discount —take a $15 refund and in essence pay $30 for the scarf. Here’s the problem—the reason I wanted to return the scarf was because it does not look good on and I do not like to keep things for the heck of it. In addition, we are not keeping any packaging due to COVID 19 and I would think that a company would want fresh packaging so as not to pick up any COVID from, God forbid, anyone’s houses. Unfortunately, we had tossed the box and returning this in fresh packaging will demote my refund. Just checked with the USPS calculator to send a package to Hangzou, China and for an 8 ounce package, it will cost $17.95 to return this, minus a deduction for either restocking or not having the original packaging. Had I known I would be making returns to China, I would never have bought this scarf. There are plenty of fine options that do not require these costly returns. When you buy things online, there is the possibility that in the lighting of your home, a scarf will look different on you and you will need to return.
September update.
A few weeks ago, I asked them to consider a return to their Canadian offices instead of sending to China. Did not hear back from management. The help staff is polite, but really, if you want to return, expect to have to spend a lot to send back to China. There are other places to buy silk scarves that do not have this type of hassle.

I love purchasing from Scarflings because they make wonderful gifts, are of high quality and design and always are a cherished addition to someone's wardrobe. I will continue to purchase Scarflings scarves because each one is a unique and beautiful design that makes you feel good!

I just received my first scarf order from Scarflings and I am impressed with everything about it. The scarves, two of them, are beautiful, one wool and one silk. The colours are vibrant, the fabric soft and the finishing first class. They arrived in an attractive gift box with a scarf ring and a card offering a discount on my next purchase. What a wonderful gift idea. This was my first order but it won't be my last.

My experience with Scarfling has be wonderful, and my scarfs are stunning and excellant quality. I get complaiments when ever I wear my scarves and they are the perfect compliment to my outfits, I love them.

I was especially interested to see the quality of your scarves as I love Hermes scarves but can not afford to buy them on a regular basis. Yours mirror the vibrant colors of Hermes and I was delighted to find the quality is excellent. You did not disappoint.
