Beautiful product in every way.
I've collected several scarves from Scarflings, and have been exquisite. Not only are they excellent quality, but they're exceptionally beautiful. As someone who is always cold when everyone else is comfortable, I never left home without one (pre-pandemic) and close at hand here at home.

I'm not sure how I feel about this
I'm not sure how I feel about this request from the company. Today, I received a call and an email from Scarflings asking me to remove my original 1-star review.
Back in January I ordered a scarf, by almost mid Feb I had no update, communication from, or tracking on my order. With no communication, I posted a review. My order eventually arrived in March and later I received an email wanting to know if there was anything they could do for my inconvenience. That was good, at least. It's a lovely scarf. Not sure it's worth $140.
So, today they asked me to remove my original review b/c I did eventually receive my order. However, seeing that others have similar, lengthy shipping issues, it seems that it's something the company still needs to improve, even if it's just better communication with customers.
Instead of deleting my review, I am simply updating it to 3-stars b/c they did, finally, reach out, after my order arrived.

Read everything before you buy!
The Scarflings items are available on Amazon for $30.00. Look for Dana Xu scarves. They just hiked up the price on the same items. I cannot return the scarf I received from Scarflings because I missed the seven day window where you must ask for permission to return items. I thought I'd have 30 days! Be very careful buying from this company.

Scarflings is known for its wide variety of lovely scarves ranging from neckerchiefs to wool shawls and even the world's most prominent brands, such as Apple, Nike, Hermés, L'Oréal, Gucci, Versace, who are in their own right known for very specific products, still struggle to manage this issue, despite having trademark laws that protect a patented product or brand.
As a company, we are constantly doing our best to prevent this from happening. It has been a struggle and you have not been the first to bring this to our attention.
As for the 30-day return policy, the requirement is to notify us within 7 days upon receiving the parcel and let us know that you would like to return the scarf.
In our experience, the number of days that we provide is sufficient for most of our valued customers. You still have 30 days past that point of notification to return it to us

I just love these scarves!
Due to a medical condition I have to wear something around my neck. The winter scarves that I love so much are just a tad heavy for summer. I was so pleased when you came out with your line of silk chiffon scarves for warmer weather!
These are items I will leave to my daughters, granddaughters and nieces! Heirloom quality to be worn for many years!

Not a Good Value
My honest opinion is that Scarflings is a fraud. Because I am an Amamzon Prime buyer and have purchased from Xana Du I began being contacted by Scarflings. Very nice scarves and quality or so I thought. I paid $145 for several scarflings scarves as Christmas gifts. The several months later, I purchased several scarves for myself via Amazon and received the same boxes with a manufacturer different name on them. Imagine my surprise when I received several scarves for $100 less per scarf from Amazon. Buyers beware!
