The company is terrible with sending the orders they say two or three working days it's a week ago and still have nothing try to email them no response nothing so it's a terrible terrible company never again I order I must click on one star but actually they don't deserve the stars
Ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago which have not arrived. Have emailed twice now for an update. And have received no reply

They seem to have problems with anpost, I was very frustrated with them with my first order, but in fairness they resolved it very fast, give them a chance, they seem decent enough.
There was a little delay by AnPost, but I got the original order plus the second order sent as a replacement. And they offered it free of charge. Reading the reviews here i was a little put down, but I am very happy with the quality of the oils received.
I made an order of 40 euro a couple of weeks ago. Got an email saying that it shipped and it didn't! I have been trying to get in touch with the company but no one seems to be operating behind the website!

I would give zero stars, and honestly its my own fault, I should have checked reviews before I ordered. But I placed an order well over a week ago, I got an email to say it was shipped - with no tracking order. Website says order is fulfilled - total radio silence from the company on email, messages and online. I am disputing the transaction with my bank now, but I am so annoyed that i fell for this scam. Please, learn from my mistakes and check the reviews first!
Do not buy from this site. I bought three items from Scenta and never received them. They do not reply to my emails regarding the purchase. When tracking the items on Shop it appears they were never dispatched.

I was wary of trying a new website Scenta.ie but am happy to say my order arrived safely. The lavender essential oil is lovely and the Bergamot and Thyme are very strong.
I opted accidentally for no tracking which took a week, so be careful to choose the option that suits you best.
