Where can I put no stars? this company is so frustrating, I have called multiple times, with no answer and email takes about a week. I have not received my items and now I have full regrates. And reading the comments makes me feel even more regrate

I wish I could give zero stars!! Even more, I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I was told my order would be shipped in 3-5 days and when it wasn’t I reached out to customer service about shipping. They immediately responded that my order wouldn’t ship until the end of April due to one of the fragrances I chose being a preorder scent. This was never disclosed to me or I would have chosen something else.
Any way, I have responded several times asking to cancel and refund my order due extended shipping wait and no one will respond. I’m hopeful you this wasn’t a scam considering I spent over $200 but it’s not looking good. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAY!

I ordered two of the large diffusers back in December and didn’t receive them until the end of February. I was so excited to receive them, but unfortunately, as soon as I turned them on and set them up, I was disappointed. They were not only extremely loud every time they went off I heard every time they came on. I heard every time they came off and I could only smell the scent for the 30 seconds that it was on. I could not smell the scent through my entire House and I always had to turn them on with the remote in order for them to work. They didn’t stay on as the advertisement date they are noisy. They don’t smell good and all I have wanted this entire time is my money back. I have emailed the company. They have told me how sorry they are. I told him all I want is my money back. They wanted to know all of the technical issues that I had with them and even wanted me to send a video of what I thought was bad about them. Well, I’m not gonna do that because I’m already so annoyed by having to listen to them every day go on and Off that I am again just stating I want a refund for my diffusers. I will send them back. I don’t care, but I don’t want them anymore. It has been a waste of my time a waste of my money and I really just want this resolved and my money back because this is not what I ordered or what was advertised to me.

I wish I would've read these before my nightmare began. Customer service is horrendous! Several emails and Instagram messages later, finally got responses. I will say Instagram was faster but still took several days and me nagging. Shipping says 3-5 days, try 3-5 weeks. Diffusers do not connect to the app, no matter what troubleshooting I've done. Trying to ask the company for help is a joke. Ordered another smell since the one I ordered smells nothing like another brand they promote to be like. The next day, got a random email stating the oil was discontinued and I'll get emailed a gift certificate....that never happened. Responded to the email, haven't gotten a response. Sent the email to Instagram messages and got a response saying they didn't know why I got that....I tried to refund and well guess what, that's not easy either, you have to pay for return postage, can't be used, well how the h*ll did I know it wasn't going to work or connect without oil and turning it on?!?! I'm out over $400 dissatisfied and now going through Hotel Collection/Aroma 360. Already a night and day difference! Would NEVER recommend to anyone! EVER!

I'll start with my only complaint I really wanted a Graphite gold color but they kept sending me silver. I finally reached out and settled for black. They never have it in stock. However any questions or help I've needed I messaged on Instagram and they have been absolutely amazing!!! They have responded fast and so friendly!! I've had questions or if I thought I was having issues which was operator error they quickly responded with solutions that worked! Highly recommend

Ordered March 2. Still no shipment. Purchased diffuser which was informed that it would be delayed until late April however the scents purchased were not to be delayed. 18 days later and still no shipment of scents after payment. Contacted company and received misinformation from Ai responder and was only corrected after confrontation that they were wrong. Still not corrected or shipped. Unprofessional and does not make me feel as if I will spend my money here again. I believe this is an unserious business in general and rate this a scam.

HORRIBLE customer service. Delays, many many many back and forth emails with many many replies from many many people and one "dedicated" person with NO RESOLUTION. I ordered a tower and oil as well as I paid for 2 candles and a 15.00 mystery candle and got 2 candles, one a substitute fall scent for a tropical scent and NO mystery candle. Promises promises to get the tropical candle rwplacement to no avail and never the mystery candle. A silly 30.00 GC I WONT USE and still strung along for months with NO RESOLUTION. GO TO AMAZON FOR OILS OR BETTER YET ANOTHER COMPANY ALL TOGETHER

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Please do not waste your money with this company. I bought 2 of the mini diffusers and I never could get them to operate via the app. They worked briefly if I turned them on manually, but I would have to turn them on myself each time. Soon, they would not operate at all. Their customer service sucks. I tried to return the diffusers and tried to get help with no luck. Now I’m stuck with 2 diffusers that do not work and 2 bottles of oil that do not smell that good at all. Their products, their app, and their customer service are all horrible! It’s like I struck a match to a $100 bill!! Don’t do it!

I love the ease and simplicity of my beautiful red dispenser. My house smells amazing. I use it in different areas and like that it can be cordless places without a plugin.

I ordered (2) room sprays in December one of them was the wrong one from what I ordered. I emailed them and told them and also I told them I’m keeping it just because it took forever to get my order. It even an apology for sending the wrong item. Next the App is beyond terrible. The only positive is their oils smell good and projects well.

I love my Scentiment so far! I have a three level townhouse, about 2500 square feet. My Diffuser 2 sits in the living room, and you can smell the scents in the upstairs hallway and down in the basement…and this is on the LOW setting!
Customer service is also amazing. I broke my unit head when I opened the box (I got to excited and didn’t look at the directions first). And they sent me a new diffuser head free of charge in less than a week.
Can’t wait to try more scents, but my first 20 ml mini bottle of The One has lasted almost two weeks already!

I absolutely love my Scentiment purchase. I ought the Defuser Air 2 and several of the defuser oils recently. I am slowly using different oils to find my favorite one. Honestly, so far I have not found one that I don’t like but instead like them all. Currently when people enter my home, they always comment on how fresh and nice it smells. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend that you purchase a Scentiment diffuser for your home.

I wish I had read the reviews (and the copy and paste responses from Scentiment) about shipping and customer service. They promise tracking info 3-5 days after order is placed and then don’t respond to emails. I’m done with this company!!
